This REVIEW that I'm fixing to write is a two part review so with that being said I'll start with the review below this one WRITTEN BY A PERSON WHO CHOOSES TO HIDE BEHIND A FAKE NAME BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO ASHAMED TO REVEAL THEIR IDENTITY AND DEFINITELY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MR CORNELL JONES WHO HAPPENS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED PEOPLE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID THE PERSON WHO CHOOSES TO HIDE BEHIND THE NAME OF """IMAGE 360 who is from LEBANON, TENNESSEE HAS IT IQ OF A PLASTIC SPOON AND BEING SMART IS SOMETHING THEY ARE NOT ACCUSED OF ON A REGULAR BASIS. Read moreOrdered 2 sets of Gibson dinnerware online. Received both sets broken dishes in each one. Was able to salvage 1 full set out of the 2 sets. I contacted customer service. At first they were very helpful and stated they would have them picked up which was great. I had requested 1 set the broken ones to be picked up and another set sent to me to replace the broken ones but they refused. They said they would not send me another set only pick up and refund the 1 set. The whole point in buying g 2 sets was to have a complete setup of dinnerware and in the correct amount I needed. Once I requested that no I didn't want a refund I would like another set they weren't as nice or helpful and simply refused to which I do not understand I was trying to spend money with your store buy you don't want it? The broken dishes were picked up as they stated also a credit was sent to my card but now I am left with a half of a dinnerware set which is not what I wanted at all. I ordered 2 sets because that's what I needed not just 1. The person who was trying to help was a subcontractor for them supposedly. Read moreI was very disappointed recently in my experience at the store, and I really think it could have been made so much better with just a couple of differences. I do a lot of printing for my work so I came here to print cards for our business. The young lady I talked to yesterday in printing was amazing and very accomodating but we couldn't get my file to print because of size. She was willing to do a sample print since it was going to be a large order. Today when I went in and talked to the general manager working in printing he was not willing to do this sample print even though I told him she said she would. He said he was too busy. This was just very disappointing and the tone that he spoke to me in was not appreciated. I rarely leave reviews or email but I just felt like this should be shared. I had such an improved experience at Staples that I'll do all my future business there. Their customer service...
