Premiere 6 Theatre — Attraction in Murfreesboro

It’s no secret that Premiere 6 isn’t AMC, but that’s precisely why we love it. While they may not have nachos every time (because apparently, nachos are now the ultimate movie-going dealbreaker), this local gem has been doing everything it can to stay relevant, charming, and community-focused in a world dominated by depleting chain theaters.

Sure, the pizza might be gone (a moment of silence, please), but in its place is a thoughtful effort to streamline offerings and adapt to what the majority of guests want. Reduced candy selection? Maybe they were trying to save us all from too many choices. And running out of nachos three times? A sign that they’re doing well enough to stay busy, which is a win for independent theaters everywhere.

So yes, while AMC might have an endless menu of corporate-backed snacks priced at $8 for gluten free, organic free range cookies, Premiere 6 has something more important: heart, individuality, and a community spirit. My wife and I come by just to buy popcorn and go home sometimes. Something I'd never do at AMC.

Premiere 6 theater is okay I took my grandkids to see Spider-Man the homecoming everything what's good the sound the theater very clean bathrooms I was impressed the prices of the popcorn and drinks and Candy were reasonable but you cannot get little bags to put popcorn in the share with your grandkids and you can't get little cups to share the drinks with your grandkids drinks were the lowest was $4 up to $5 the popcorn for large bucket with $7 the nachos were $5 and the other things were there but that's what we got and all that together was $22.50 the tickets is $6 before 5pm and you also children and adult tickets are the same price as long as it's before 5 and I think two and under you don't have to pay it's a privately owned place I would go again but if I didn't have the kids because if you can pry see you know if you bought everything separate if you wanted a box to put popcorn in it charge you a dollar refills on sodas and popcorn is a dollar I think really when you really add it up it's about the same as AMC but it's still a nice place I...

The prices are cheap and the staff is nice, but you can't buy tickets online for this theater. You have to go to their box office. The box office hours are not listed on their site and nobody answers the phone to answer questions. The inside of the theater is small and it's sorta clean. It's not horrible, but it's obvious why the prices are so low. They don't invest in modernizing their facility. However, the really nice thing is they don't show a half hour of commercials before the movie starts like the other theater in town. I'm not talking about movie trailers.
