Level 13 Hair Studio — Local services in Murfreesboro

I recently had my first visit to Level 13 and was referred to Emilie, by the manager. Emilie was awesome! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and look at pictures that I showed her. She was confident and reassured me that we could achieve my look and make me feel more like myself again. As soon as she started cutting I could tell that I was in good hands. She knows how to work with thick, curly/wavy hair and gave me a bob haircut that I love. She colored my hair a bright red that is so vibrant and beautiful, but not over the top. She even commented at the end that it was very close to the picture I showed her, but not an exact match and she she would make notes for next time. I am super happy with the color and wouldn't have even noticed that it didn't match the picture exactly, but I appreciated her attention to detail and giving the customer what they want. I’ve tried getting an appointment here a couple times. I’ve called they said to go online, I did, then never got a response. Said it took 2-3 business days to respond. Its been over a year. I tried again recently never got a response over a week so I had to call them. Someone answered and finally got my info. I sent pics of my inspo and hair then she asked what days would work, so I told her the days what was most convenient since I work full time & if I could book with her within the next week because other than that she wasn’t available till a month. She told me she could do a Thursday that next week which I’m usually working and I asked what time was the latest time I could book just because I was trying to see if I can do it after work and I could try to get off early, she ghosted me. I just needed a haircut then wanted a color later on if I liked the services. I definitely wouldn’t recommend especially if you’ve never had a service here. They make it way too hard to get in...

This was THE BEST hair experience I’ve ever had! I used to go to school with Danielle and I saw she was doing hair here at Level 13 and I really loved what I saw on Instagram so I booked with her. I just got home from my appointment and I can’t stop smiling! I’m absolutely OBSESSED with how my hair turned out! I’ve never felt more beautiful and confident in my life. My hair still feels so soft and healthy. My only regret is not coming here sooner. It was such a relaxing and fun experience and I’m so glad I booked with her! The salon is super cool, clean, and welcoming! The other stylist are also really sweet and I felt right at home.
