Two Hands Fresh Corn Dog - Murphy — Restaurant in Murphy

So....I watched a cool reel on TikTok about this place. Went to try it out with my wife. Place was pretty clean and only a few people eating in the very small (3 table) dining area. My wife told the young lady that was taking orders it was our first time visiting and not sure about how to order. The young lady didn't say anything and just pointed to the menu above her. So my wife ordered the Spicy Dog with the Spicy Sausage and a order of Dirty Fries. I apparently wasn't paying attention to the menu...since it was my first time ordering I ordered the #1 Two Hand DOG with Whole Mozzarella ASSUMING that there was a DOG INCLUDED...Hence Two Hand DOG!! Also ordered Kimchi Seasoned Fries.This was a To-Go order. So we get home and found that there was no DOG in my Classic DOG! just a Huge Fried Mozzarella Stick on a Stick! My wife thought the Kimchi Fries that I ordered were hers because she ordered the Dirty FRIES which were actually Spicy TATOR TOTS!. This could have all been avoided in a couple of ways. FIRST.... When we told the quiet, nonsmiling, noncustomer service oriented young lady that took our order it was our first time there, she could have explained the menu. Simple as that. TWO....The menu itself could be made to where it is not confusing as it is, really its only corn dogs. Oh... when our order was ready, I asked if they had dipping sauces? Because there are dipping sauces advertised in their pictures. Well those are an extra .35 cents. Which could have been an up-sale if the customer service was on top of things....Really? Everything in this place is a-la-cart which makes these corn dogs, if you get a dog in it, well overpriced. My huge Fried Mozzarella Stick on a Stick had decent flavor and my wife's dog was in her words..."ok". Will we be back....? This first time visit was really disappointing, and first impressions can make or break a place....If they are still open six month to a year from now I may go back. However, I will not give this place a recommendation, but a warning to whoever brings it up it conversation. Good Luck...

I started to come here shortly after after they opened it saved me the drive to Carrollton since my wife is a fan of the potato and my mother love the classic corn dog and any corn dog will do for me I've always been happy with the customer service and the food here at this location unfortunately this is the second time this happens the first time I took the loss and it was a little over 20 dollars it's hard for me to be able to treat my mother to her favorite corn dog as I have some health issues that prevent me from working very much so I save throughout the month to bring her here but this last time she was super disappointed she told me they tasted birthday and thought I was trying to prank her I went over to look and I was in disbelief at what was really given to me that day I had only bought my mother 2 classic corn dogs her favorite but this time they were BURT and tasted burnt I took them back late that night the guy seems very nice about it since they were already close I didn't ask for a refund or new corn dogs I was expecting to hear something back but never did I hope this is the last time something like this is served to myself or any customer this was the only picture I took they tasted birthday and...

After my corn dog was put on the table the man at the fryer asked me if I had gotten my sauce yet. I replied “yes” as I had misunderstood over the loud music and the fact that he had to yell at me over the loud music. When I realized he was not moving from him his spot, I had to yell back that I actually had not gotten my sauce. To which he came back to meet me mid way and said “I asked you if you had gotten sauce and you said “yes””. I apologized for the misunderstanding, and he continued to once again say “yeah, but I asked earlier and you said “yes””… before he finally handed me the sauce. Very rude, as I also work in customer service and understand how to speak to customers. In addition to the interaction, the corn dog was not what I expected for the price. I decided to try this place due to convenience but I should have just gone to Carrollton. I will...
