ALDI — Attraction in Muscle Shoals

Aldi's has several items we enjoy that other stores don't carry. Their prices vary but stay competitive. Veggies and fruit are typically better priced than others but sometimes they will look good on the outside but the inside's are already spoiled. Sometimes they are higher than Walmart for staples. Why would I pay around the same price or more for groceries at this store when across the street they have a bigger range of options, and cashier's that take time to not only place my items into a bag but also in a way that packs the frozen, cold, and room temp toge Overall - Enjoy shopping at Aldi's and their brands. Yes, MBA seekers, you can win the grocery game by competing with price. This store doesn't have the selection of Kroger and Publix, but what it does have, and it does have a lot, it has at bargain prices. It's "store brands" are excellent quality, no matter what the price. Yeah, it has premium brands at 3-4 times the price, but they aren't any more flavorful than the store brands. Like Walmart says, save money, live better. You won't fall into the Walmart vortex for hours, losing family members, possibly forever. Aldi is just big enough to get most any food you could want, and get home in time to rescue the dogs and cats from starvation. Love the taste & color of the fruits & veggies here! Always taste so fresh & wholesome! They also last longer in the fridge than produce from other places so there's less waste. The snacks here taste just as good as brand name goodies but are much less expensive. The dairy & meat are great also. There is much room for improvement in the frozen section though; not a wide selection & some of the meal type items are not very tasty. Also, there always seems to be only 1 cashier everytime I go in regardless of what day or time, but there will be a 10-15 person line waiting to check out while other customers are trying to get the 1 cashier to leave his/her spot to show them where...
