Terrible Gym & Management is POOR, Lacks Mgmt & Customer Service Skills.

Employess gather at the desk & in the office, never walking the gym floor looking to help or noticing unsafe gym practices! I could have personally used some help but no one was around! No instruction to members who improperly use the equipment! I saw a girl using treadmill and working out with weights in her stocking feet! NO FEET PROTECTION!

YEAH NO JUDGEMENT ZONE BUT THE FLAMBOUYANT MANAGER JUDGED ME WITHOUT LISTENING TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY BUT INSTEAD BLEW A SITUATION OUT OF PROPORTION INTO A MUSHROOM CLOUD, DIALED 911 AND HUNG UP FOR NOTHING! A REAL DRAMA QUEEN! THE MGR WASN’T EVEN SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT A 911 HANG UP GRTS AN AUTOMATIC “RAPID RESPONSE!” THE ONLY PERSON OUT OF CONTROL, RAISING HIS VOICE AND OVERREACTING WAS “THE AHEM MGR!”

This all stemmed from me being kind and wanting to help another member and if this Mgr knew anything about management he would have defused what was essentially a docile situation by listening to both side! INSTEAD HE ESCALATED THE SITUATION, SAID HE DIDN’T WANT TO HEAR WHAT TRANSPIRED FROM AND ON TOP OF THAT CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN GENERICALLY A “CLUB VIOLATION!”

The gym and equipment is constantly being cleaned and sanitized.

The locker room and showers are always sparkling, and well kept.

Planet Fitness is the only gym where I have ever felt completely comfortable. The women's locker room is very clean and accommodating with showers and a LOT of lockers. The Hydra lounge is a real treat. The red light therapy is simple and something I just added to my regiment. The tanning beds and booths are each in very spacious rooms. You clean everything yourself except the bathrooms which means there are cleaning stations located throughout the entire facility including the tanning rooms and Hydra lounge area.
