Highly disappointed, purchased this light box to help display business news but unable to since there was not light box. Was made aware that either manager or assistant manager put item out without checking contents of the box. So I’ve just purchased letters and need to find a new light box. Why is goodwill putting out half items and not labeling what is actually in the box?

The whole building smelled like poop. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, and there was human poop on the floor. The employees didn't seem to care. -5/5 stay away!

This is a solid goodwill. Not that many electronics but shirt selection for dudes is good.

I usually like shopping at goodwill because of the treasures that I find but the employees have always turned me off. Typically the employees are rude but I’ve always made excuses for them, like how they are probably stressed college students etc; however, this time around I will not. After convincing my sister that goodwill has great secondhand toys for children, we took my nephew to Goodwill to buy a “prize.” The employees at this goodwill, however rude I expected them to be, I wasn’t expecting them to be outright disrespectful. As we’re in the store, an employee stops my 3 year old nephew to yell at him to “stop running!” While this may be effective, I personally, find it more respectful to talk to an adult that way, especially when it concerns a toddler, but the employee thought otherwise. After the initial confrontation and while we’re at the register, the adult proceeds to tell us that we need to watch our children. There are three adults with one toddler who was well watched over; therefore, the adult employee felt the need to additionally be rude and turn our business away. As I’ve said before, I have always thought the employees were rude, but I never believed it would come to being rude to a toddler, who doesn’t even understand what’s being said . No one should talk to a toddler that way. If you have an issue, please talk to an adult. All in all, don’t bring your toddlers to Goodwill unless you’d like to strap them into a buggy or have them be yelled at by...

I don't do much shopping here like I used to, but I've been redecorating my apartment lately, and my bf is redoing a house in Garrison and needless to say, we LOVE the goodwill drop off. I've brought in name brand clothing, some GOOD stuff. So I know there's good finds in there once things get sorted. The workers at the drop off are always extremely helpful and friendly. There's only been one time I guess there were at lunch but no one came out, and so I dropped my stuff off to the side and left, I needed the space for groceries and needed what was in the car OUT! When I did shop there I found some great deals.

I don't believe the remodel did anything other than cosmetic because it's not any easier to find those hidden gems or anything, they really made the storefront more appealing but it's just as mixed up once you go in like it was before, it doesn't seem as through the employees ever go through and make sure clothing items are hung according to Goodwill's specifications, I mean you could find an XS long sleeve black henley w/ like pink tank tops, it's...

Friendly worker that checked me out yesterday older lady but they are supposed to tell u the color etc.we wasn't greeted nor told the color of the week or day whatever, it's not a big deal to me but I know it is for some that go to look by color code this goodwill has really went down hill fast less u are shopping for baby cloths or night time cloths or dresses it's not worth going in anymore to be honest. They aren't carrying much. I also want to say center branch I'm highly disappointed in how yall do people that donate I dropped items ,i donated new shoes and cloths off like 3 months back as I was about to drive off I saw the lady who took my bag taken it to the dumpster because she thought i wouldn't see her so she didn't have to process it.now I take it to a local ministry in town that helps people, if u don't want to process or mess with donations don't take them it's pretty simple .that was 150 bucks worth of new cloths my kids never wore that she trashed someone could have used...
