Eco Polish Boutique is hands down the best nail salon in Napa. Before finding them, I had tried many nail salons when I moved here several years ago from Marin County, and I was never pleased until Eco Polish came into my life. They are like family to me! Peter & Jenny own the business and they do a fabulous job of taking care of their shop; it's beautifully decorated, clean and has a very friendly vibe. They are well priced and competitive with all the nail salons in the area and do a better job! They use the highest quality products and stay up on the latest trends. They promote super healthy techniques and really know how to take care of your nails, skin and cuticles. They greet all their customers when they walk in the door, and once you sign in on their iPad, they ask you if you'd like some water. They offer every possible service available and have a menu describing them for you to peruse! All of their technicians are excellent but I have been solely using Jenny for the last few years. I always get a gel pedicure which makes it easy to put shoes or boots right on and you never have to worry about smudging them; and Jenny does a dip powder for my fingernails which has been the best thing. My nails are truly stronger than ever. Jenny is amazing! We have developed a great relationship and I totally trust her and she always understands what I want and comes up with the most creative solutions for me. I get compliments on my nails every week from friends, clients, and colleagues! And on top of that, she has magic fingers and gives incredible massages for both pedicures and manicures. Jenny is the BEST!!! She gets 10 stars from me every time!!! If you are looking for nail salon in Napa, I highly recommend Eco Polish Boutique. You will not be disappointed and will be very happy with...
Read moreShould be ZERO stars after my experience. I have been to Eco Polish many times before but not after today... In the past I have never complained about the quality and would allow it to slide because of the kind staff members. After doing my own nails for many months, today I returned to the shop and asked for a simple almond shape gel manicure. I needed a few tips and I was willing to pay for a full set. The shape end result was horrible even after I had to ask many times for the nail tech (I did not get his name) to fix them. They are all uneven and my two hands look nothing alike. Every time I asked for him to fix something I would receive attitude. Just like others have mentioned in their reviews, I could tell the employees were talking about my "complaining" and they would come stand over me and watch. At the end he had me wash my hands and told me that I was done. Like I said, I have been there many times, sol I know they usually put lotion on your hands along with many other parts of the service that he just decided not to do. I am so beyond disappointed in how I was treated and not to mention the quality of my nails for the amount that it costs. I told who I believe to be the manager very quietly and without causing a scene that I had been there many times but did not plan on going back after that. He proceeded to ignore what I said, asked for my money and if I wanted to leave a tip. I only left $5 but I honestly regret even doing that. It is NOT okay for that kind of treatment when I was being extremely kind/patient and only asking for a decent quality job for the expensive price they...
Read moreI went in for a pedicure tonight and asked for an acrylic soak off when I got there since I had seen that the shop wasn’t so busy. As soon as the lady was ready, she was ready to rip my nails off. I had asked her nicely to “please soak them off, I don’t like them ripped with a nail”. She proceeded to tell me that it was going to take more time to soak than to just rip them. I proceeded to nicely let her know that I would like them soaked off. She then rolled her eyes and acted as if I was asking her to do such a hard task. I’m constantly disappointed when I go in and ask for a soak off. If I hadn’t been missing a nail already and it not effect me while at work, I would have waited til my nail appointment but thought it would be easier for me to have them soaked while getting my feet done. Also, if they would’ve used warm water and acetone, it likely wouldn’t have taken as long to soak them off as the person who does my acrylics soaks them off within a good 15 minutes by using warm water to help lift the acrylic. Next time, I’ll...
