Hands-down, this is the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to! The thing I like the most about the store is the employees. Doesn’t matter who’s working, everyone is friendly and caring.

I’ve had some health problems off and on over the last couple of years, and without these guys, I would’ve never made it through. They took the time to get to know me, and I’ve always worked with me however they could. They always give me a very fair price for my items, and the interest-rate to get them back is not ridiculous like it is at most pawnshops.

I’m telling you. Once you’ve been there a couple of times you will feel like you are talking to friends instead of employees. And if you have problems, they are very reasonable and will work with you.

My financial situation hasn’t been such that I’ve been able to buy anything. But I always see a lot of great stuff there. Maybe once I’m back on track…

I’m telling you, don’t get lazy and just go to the closest pawnshop to your house. It’s worth a few extra minutes to come...

Dan, Mike and Yesenia were awesome towards me and very helpful through out the entire process. They did their research and bargained with me on what was fair and beneficial for us both! I came the first day but didn't have a chance to make it back later when I dropped a Nintendo switch off and camera and when I came back the next day they still honored their pricing 🤝🏿 agreement!

Not only that the vibe of everyone was nice. Like the energy of being nice couldn't be faked if they tried 😂 and that was why I came back! Genuine people here

Some pawn shops I've seen in the past they don't seem very vested in what they do but you can tell that wasn't the case here. They genuinely want to help you get a 🤝🏿 deal that works for the both of you and they have a nice selection of things as well if you want to find something someone pawned.

As I walked through the door of Fast Cash & Pawn in Naperville, I instantly felt an ambience comparable to a full moon shining off the coast of a lush beach in Northern Peru. By that I mean the environment resonated a relaxed and friendly vibe eclipsing your average pawn shop. You couldn't ask for a better staff: easy to talk to, fair, and receptive to those of us who have fallen on hard times. They offer a wide array of items - from a couple of DVD's to curl up to that special someone and watch to jewelry more elegant than the ancient rivers of Babylon. All in all, I would recommend this place as the top shop...
