If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I booked a room during off-hours for my mom's birthday and Lara was wonderfully helpful in detailing all of my options and booking the room - the whole process was fast and easy! When we arrived, the staff was professional, super polite, very supportive throughout the whole experience and gave just the right amount of clues when needed. As if that wasn't enough, they also had a wonderful surprise for my mom once we escaped - they wrote "Happy Birthday Trisha" on the TV screen!! How awesome is that!? We felt like we got the gold star treatment. Thank you so much for making my mom's birthday so special! I will definitely be back again very soon!

Just wanted to share our experience with you. We've tried two escape rooms - "House in the Woods" and "Cuckoo's Nest," and both were a blast! They were super challenging and the themes were really cool. I also want to mention how accommodating they were. Our group couldn't make any of the available times, so I reached out to Lara, and she was so helpful in arranging a time that worked for us. She mentioned that they can't always do that depending on bookings, which we totally understand, but this time it worked out. We highly recommend giving it a try for a fantastic time!

We had four in our group. This was our first escape room and we went with the standard option! Needless to say we were not prepared 🤣! It was a really good time and we ended up finishing but we needed lost of hints. Sarah was hilarious and she made the whole thing super fun. We will definitely be going back but will try the easy option. We highly recommend this Key to Escape. Big thanks to Sarah helping us along!

We have done two escape rooms in this place, and I've done approximately 25 escape rooms in my lifetime. Completing these rooms in general is becoming a favorite for me in the realm of entertainment.

So... on to my review. This is, by far, one of the cleanest places I've ever done an escape room. They make cleanliness a priority, which I appreciate.

The other thing they get right is their introduction to the room. They play a room-specific video that tells you their rules, tells you about any specific situations to look out for (a tricky lock, for example), and then rolls a short role play to get you ready to enter your room. Most other places I've been to misses on this part, but Key to Escape gets it right.

The two rooms that we did lacked any "clue leading" which is typically part of the overall game. What I mean by this is that while inside the rooms, we thought we had solved all available puzzles because there weren't any other pieces given to us after solving previous clues. We would then have to ask for a clue to get to the next clue. Sounds like we don't know what we're doing, right? All I can say is - try it - you'll see what I mean.

The last room we did was a little run-down and overall felt uninspired. There really weren't any fun surprises, and even after solving the room and exiting, it just wasn't satisfying.

Overall, I'd go back and give it another try. I feel that escape room experiences can be altered by mood, present company, presence/headspace, and so on. My experiences may have been skewed by factors outside of their control, but I don't believe that to be the case. If you're looking for a decent local escape room, give this one a try. If you require something a little deeper - look in...

Good Value and Pleasant Experience

As someone relatively new to the escape room industry, I've found this location to be a great experience for the money. My more experienced friends tell me that the prices are quite reasonable, and there's enough variety, easy-yet-challenging puzzles, and theming to keep us coming back for more for a long while.

The staff is always super friendly (Jack ran our game this time, and the owner John ran our room on my first ever visit), helpful when needed without giving too much away, and the puzzles and rooms are well-designed in surprising ways once you stop overthinking them. Plus, they offer multiple levels of difficulty for each room, so you can have fun whether you're two beginners or five experienced players dragging me with them.

I look forward to seeing how this business expands and grows in the coming years, as they have a lot of potential and a decent variety for such a...

10/10 would recommend to a friend!!! It was our first time at Key to Escape and it was absolutely EPIC!

We had a group of 4 doing the Alien Incident on standard mode. It was still challenging for us, but thankfully we had an awesome Game Master (Brian) to give us hints whenever we did need it. The satisfaction of solving one puzzle at a time was soo rewarding. It took team work, communication and different way of thinking. Needless to say, we came out it with a stronger bond!

Love the energy from the moment we arrive to the very end. Great set up, props, cleanliness, story line and we even got to have a picture at the end.

Needless to say, we will be coming back to complete the other rooms. Super duper fun. Amazing service from start to finish. Again, shout-out to our GM Brian, you were very attentive and made it a...
