Burger King — Restaurant in Nashua

I went to this location today to get food for my children and niece. The worker handed me my drinks in a holder and the drinks were so heavy and the tray flimsy so it broke. I asked for new drinks since mine fell no fault of the workers or mine, and she replied "did you pay for them?" Which she knew I did because she took my order, and my card then gave it back with no receipt. I wasn't happy with her attitude but let it go. Upon returning home we discovered a piece of plastic in my sons burger. I called the store to inform them of what happened because my son ate the burger and choked on the plastic and started turning blue. I was very upset and scared and wanted to make sure BK knew so they could avoid having it happen again. When I called the woman from the drive thru picked up and responded "hello" and I said "hi may I please speak to a manager on duty" she hung the phone up immediately. I called corporate and drove to the location to tell them what happened and ask for a refund. she told me she was the manager but refused to listen to my concerns and instead blamed me for putting the plastic in the food. She also would not issue a refund for his meal he didn't eat because I didn't have a receipt that SHE NEVER GAVE TO ME. She refused to provide her name so I can give it to corporate when they get in contact with me and threatened to call the police. Please be cautious when eating here and check your food. Management needs to do better and corporate should step in because this is totally unacceptable. I would rate ZERO stars if I could.i can't believe she accused me of putting plastic in my child's food, then admitted she remembered seeing me in the drive thru and hour before but wouldn't give me a refund for a receipt she never gave me. this place should honestly...

Went to Burger King with my girlfriend to try out the new chicken sandwich I ordered a spicy one and my girlfriend ordered a regular one the girl said that they were out of the regular I asked him that I wanted to change the fries to onion rings and she said okay then after that she said that they were out of onion rings so my girlfriend ordered mozzarella sticks she gave us the price and we went to the next window when we got our food there was no ice in the Coke and it was warm the mozzarella sticks there was no marinara sauce in the bag we asked her do you have marinara sauce and she said no we ran out so my girlfriend said to her how do you sell mozzarella sticks and not have marinara she completely ignored us we kept asking her but she went towards the back we waited there was a bunch of cars behind us she came up and was ready to hand us a bag of food that belong to the car behind us thinking we drove away the spicy chicken sandwich was just thrown together sloppy I wouldn't recommend going there there are plenty of other fast food restaurants within the area with good customer service avoid this place at all costs look at the reviews I'm not the only one with an issue I then call the number to speak to a manager and they didn't pick up the phone five to six times that I called I waited a while and called again the same girl picked it up and I asked her to speak to a manager she told me there was no manager and then hang up on me I called back over and over again and a guy picked it up and he said what's the problem I said can I speak to your manager he said I'm the manager my name is Jose I asked for her name Maria I know that they're giving me fake names he said he would talk to her...

Dined in...no one there to greet me. Guy who was outdoors smoking came in employee door and grabbed bathroom door saw me and entered cashier area. Placed my order still no other employees in sight. No receipt. Poured my drink then 2 employees showed and began putting order together wrong and cold . Wrong double burger no lettuce or tomato and not even lukewarm burgers threw it out....jalapeno bites cold solid cheese threw them out onion rings ice cold threw them out chicken fries lukewarm ate 3 threw out. Asked for onion ring sauce when order was bagged not good at Spanish but understood after asking 2x they had none asked for ranch I could see them in drive thru sauce holder had to tell him green one. During finding out food cold shared dining room with 2 families floor wet dirty tables I hear the F word 3 times and loud and clear both families turned looking at counter but didn't stop them from continuing their yelling and swearing....so watching that not one item of my food was cooked brought food back to show them...no one in sight .I dropped all the food into the trash and left. Stopped at a friend's after and he told me this Burger King is the worst and he works for the city....I thought the Milford NH one was bad this one is worse.......and with no receipt I had no vehicle to reach out to franchisee. So take this as a PSA avoid...
