Absolutely awful! I will never give them my business again. I purchased a car battery from this store with what I thought was an honest explanation of the return policy as it was stated on their receipt. I installed the battery into the vehicle and it turns out the car needed an alternator not a battery. That evening my wife went into labor otherwise I would have been back the same day to return. Regardless I went to return the battery on day 3 of their 14 day return policy and was told that because the battery was "used" I would incur a restocking fee. Working in retail it is my understanding that if you are going to take a fee on returns for any reason you must clearly state it on your bill of sale / receipt. Again, this was stated NO WHERE. I ask to speak to the manager and I am told he just left. Turns out I bought the battery from the manager. I ask the counter person to call the manager so I can discuss these misleading policies with him. Once the manager was contacted he refused to speak to me and instructed his employee to charge me a 30% restocking fee! That's right THIRTY PERCENT on a battery that was in my car for less than 3 hours because they stated they would need to partially charge the battery. GREAT first impression I have to say.
When you don't disclose the outrageous fees you charge on returns then refuse to speak to the people who are purchasing from your location you don't leave much to think about when considering future business. They were at first refusing to work on my phone because it was open and refused to sell me the screen outright. I waived responsibility and had all sorts of attitude from the staff. They went ahead with the repair, but fully disabled my phone in the process. They disabled the home button that was not damaged, the screen was but the home button was not. They didn't offer to replace a broken connector, mind you if I bought the screen online and had it sent to me it would have come with all of the connectors. So now the earpiece and speaker dont work. They reset the phone so now its stuck in a reset or restore state and I will most likely lose all of my information anyway. I told them the important thing was for me to be able to get my data off the phone and they purposely made it so I could not. I've had Iphones from the beginning and have removed and replaced components countless times, screens, cameras LED's, batteries, you name it. I should have waited and done it myself, I just didn't want to wait 2-3 days for a new screen It's not about the $100 it cost for the new screen, its about the unprofessional staff and how they treat customers! They would have heard a lot more from my if I had not had my children with me. Bottom line, unless its something super simple I would stay away from those HACKS!!!! We found this wasn’t the problem, no big deal. The problem came when I picked up my phone. As I was walking to my car I noticed my phone was a different color. Thinking it was a mistake I went back into the store. They informed me they broke the back of my phone and had to replace it. I was annoyed no one told me but I was in a rush so I left. Later, I noticed my camera was wiggling and there was a finger print left inside the glass. When I went to return my phone for a working phone, I was told I couldn’t get any money back because the phone wasn’t the same color. I called the manager and he said they would fix it. With my work schedule and having no faith in them, I decide to have it repaired by Samsung. Save time and money and go to the manufacture for your phone repairs.
