Gong Cha — Restaurant in Nashua

I am Asian and lived in Asia. So, I thought I knew what to expect from a tea shop. I was snob. I had low (overly sweet, too chewy or slimy Boba, haphazardly served product) expectations of a franchise set in New England. We are STAYs, and it was the Felix (Stray Kids) promotion that brought us to this location for our first time trying Gong Cha. The place is clean, the staff are very friendly, young and good looking. We were overjoyed to see images of Felix and chose the Felix Picks. I was a bit intimidated by all the choices, but trusted the descriptions of everything through the kiosk. I observed the staff meticulously preparing our order and it was at that moment when it occurred to me that this might be a new experience. It's an understatement to say, the QUALITY and FLAVOR of their tea blew my expectations out of the water!! I had been drinking bubble tea long before it was a thing. I have never tasted any tea, any beverage, this WHOLESOME and DELICIOUS 😋 It is a far drive for us, but we have been back several times! I brought my cousin when she visited from Toronto, Canada. She had the same experience I had: came with mediocre expectations only to be overwhelmed by the superb deliciousness of this tea!! We are life-long converts now and feel the price justifies the pleasure ❤️ My cousin approached the owner and requested we take possession of the Felix cardboard cutout when the promotion ends. He is so friendly and accommodating! He took our number and promised to call us to take home Felix when the promotion ends. I’ve been here only three times but each time it is just as good. I always just get a Taro milk tea with regular boba. The waffles are also super good!
