Gossage Jewelers Inc — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

My visit to Gossage Jewelers was overshadowed by a disturbing discovery. While browsing, I overheard a conversation among staff members that left me deeply troubled. They were gleefully discussing how they had just posted a negative review on a competitor's page. What struck me was not just the act itself, but their casual, almost boastful attitude about it, as if unaware or uncaring of the real-world impact of their actions.

It’s disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for the livelihoods of others. This kind of behavior in the business world is not just unethical, it's destructive. It undermines the principles of fair competition and respect that are fundamental to any professional environment. It's someone's hard work, dedication, and dreams that are being trifled with, and Gossage Jewelers' staff seemed to be completely oblivious to this fact.

I left the store immediately, feeling a responsibility to share this experience. While this review focuses on the behavior I witnessed and not the quality of their products, it's important for potential customers to be aware of the values and practices of this business. I could go on and on about how amazing Gossage Jewelers is. I was recommended by a friend after I told her my now fiancé were looking ourselves. I absolutely loved the style of her ring and wanted something similar.

I had window-shopped at other stores before going to Gossage, and they just made me feel defeated. I thought "what am I getting myself into?" After my experience with Gossage, I will solely refer everyone to them.

The first time I walked in, I admit I was somewhat hesitant because of the two liquor stores by it. However, as soon as you walk in and meet with the owners, you forget all about that. I was helped mostly by Chuck, and I had so much fun looking through antique bands. He was so accommodating and I felt he was having fun looking alongside me.

All prices quoted were fair. I finally felt like I could get something gorgeous for our budget. Fair prices, quick turnaround, an AMAZING family, and awesome jewelry. I ended up with a gorgeous engagement ring with a 75 year-old European cut center stone. I am...

5 Stars! Great service and support from this local business across 20+ years and two different wives since early 2001.

1st wife was a pearl fan and had difficult to fit wrist/ankle sizes so Gossage provided custom pearl sets bracelet and anklet to match stock pearl earrings and necklaces I had purchased through them. I still wish 1st wife well with all of her pearl jewelry.

Then 2nd wife was early adopter of the rose gold trend in the late 2000 decade and Gossage provided tri gold pendant on a yellow gold necklace along with other rose gold jewelry- earrings, bracelets, and eventually a rose gold necklace upgrade for the pendant. They then helped by upgrading her wedding ring/band from an inexpensive set ( I bought at a pawn shop) of a yellow gold set to a swanky rose gold ring and then for her wedding bands by using two stock rings used next to the main ring.

Always a pleasure to deal with the folks at Gossage in figuring out good solutions for simple custom designs...
