I’ve ordered from this place before they have really good food, however I was craving steak, and there is a restaurant with the similar name as this business called 615 steak & burgers restaurants. You can see in the screenshot below that I clearly typed in the steak and burgers restaurant and the pizza and pasta place pops up. So I called and asked do they sell steak and burgers in case the name may have changed, also searching on apple maps “615 Steak & burgers restaurant doesn't appear, it isn't until I search it on google maps, the restaurant steak and burgers still do not appear. No big deal it's just a simple question that needs simple answers I’m just not sure why the name is the same? Is someone copying? Do the owners own both restaurants and want the same name?? Also when trying to call the number on doordash for the steak and burgers restaurant the number is invalid.
As long as my order is correct and intact, I surely do not mind giving both restaurants my service. Keep up the good work, but please fix the issue, I would hate to order a steak and be delivered a Philly steak...
Read moreI ordered through GrubHub the manicotti, which is supposed to come with a salad and breadsticks. The breadsticks were missing and I ordered Italian dressing, but received ranch. I received a call from an employee on behalf of the manager saying I cannot cancel my order. I did not cancel my order, I filed a complaint through GrubHub and they refunded my order. The call was menacing and threatening in nature. The food received was subpar (at best) and I will not be ordering again from a company that has a threatening tone to customers who have a bad experience. Note: It was cold and seemed reheated. Definitely NOT authentic. Also, who calls individuals after 8 PM? Email from 615 saying pizza order received. I immediately called to cancel this order. Refund my card was told this would be done by corporate. They canceled my order. They had not started to prepare my order. So I waited to see if my card had been refunded to.my account. Usually it takes so They say 24 hours. I call corporate to refund my card.
