Couch has "collapsed" pretty much everywhere we have sat on regularly (we are average weight). One of these boards popped through the backing so I removed the backing to discover that everything's pretty much cheaply held together by staples and the supporting pieces of wood don't seem to be long enough which might account for why they come unstapled or untacked so easily. I actually found a random ream of staples inside the couch which is kind of funny. Anyway this thing internally is not much more than plywood and cardboard, not worth $2,500. Overall we like the sectional but I believe it's made to look less cheap than it actually is. You can tell just by touching the arms that they are made of not much more than just very thick cardboard, and the sofa is not really that great for napping on anymore due to the way it has settled and collapsed. Still, I replaced the cheap board in the back that snapped with a thick piece of real wood and it works great. If you're going to spend money on a sofa get one that has real wood inside, not plywood...

We were moving to Nashville and Ashley furniture was a huge fail with my order and delivery and we needed to start over with finding a sofa. Arrived in town on a flight and had two hours to move furniture into an apartment. I walked into social furniture needing to walk out with a quality but reasonably priced couch. Melissa took me through quickly and pointed out sofas in my price range and in 30 minutes we had it purchased and loaded in the back of the truck.
