I recently bought my Ferrari after 66 years. After much searching on line for the right color , model , etc I found one at Prancing Horse . In looking at all the reviews many were related to the staff , tours of the location and inventory but not much about the purchase experience . I had worked with Sam on a beautiful 2015 California T I had seen on their website, ( initially was looking at a 2014 California also on there site) . I live about 1000 miles away but they treat you like your in the next town over . Sam did a complete walk around while face timing with myself and my wife and even had the car put on the lift to walk underneath. The car fax was also produced which showed a clean history . We had decided to move ahead with the purchase and am glad we did . During the process I was also extremely fortunate to have dealt with Mr Tom Roach as the car was also being Ferrari Certified . Mr Roach is the GM I believe and I have no words to describe his commitment to the customer satisfaction . There is apparently Ferrari Certified and Tom certified ! I don’t think in all the years I have purchased automobiles I have ever met someone with his integrity and customer focus . There were a few questions I had regarding other vehicle records he had obtained through the Ferrari portal to show even more in-depth service on the car . I wanted to make sure I continued to take care of this car in accordance with Ferrari recommendations and some records are little vague as to exactly what was done . Tom simply listened to my concerns , put the car back in service and eliminated my concern ( not a major concern or major issues ) by performing the service . I want to stress this expense in my mind should have been borne by me since they were outside what the CPO requirements were. He wouldn’t hear of it , thus my prior comment on integrity and how customer focused this dealer is . Melissa handled getting me set up on the app ( not easy when dealing with me);Samantha handled all the paperwork for them to register my car 1000 miles away.( they have an infrastructure process for this) . The car arrived this week and was absolutely beautiful , well detailed by the dealership. Highly recommend Intracity Auto Transport for these types of cars by the way check them out . In closing I would tell you if you are looking for these types of cars new or used do not let the distance deter you from working with this dealership.I received a beautiful car as described at a fair price. I intend to go back to them again and have recommended my sister to watch there inventory as she is looking for a used Bentley. Thank you team...

The advertised price of the vehicle caught my attention, prompting me to visit the dealership for an evaluation with potential purchase in mind.

Upon entering the dealership, I was warmly and promptly greeted by the staff, creating an inviting atmosphere from the start. Despite the short notice, the staff quickly arranged a test drive for the Nissan GTR. The General Manager, Mr. Roach, personally brought the car around, displaying a level of attentiveness that immediately impressed me.
