Throughout a thorough review of this schools policies, processes, student conversations, and faculty actions, It has come to conclusion that this private institution is all about maximizing profit and pocketing dollars from a broken system and its’ vulnerable students. The shareholders and owners of this organization should take this as a wake up call. Their model has turned a blind eye to maintaining quality of education and allowed faculty to drift away from care for their students success and toward self serving actions to ensure they get that next raise or increase in compensation. I am deeply concerned for the quality of education being taught in this school, and lack of support for students. Specifically the current faculty of the Physician Assistant graduate program. Due to many items lacking in their process & programs, they are going to and should have a hard time getting fully accredited spring 2024. It has become clear that they boast a false claim of being “fully accredited” when they are in fact still in provisional stages and not yet fully accredited. This is a blunt misrepresentation and false advertisement. The reputation of this college is off to a very poor start. As a prospective student or parent of students, RUN. Far and fast. I encourage any and all students currently struggling due to faculty malpractices to first understand that they have done this to you and to make your case public and to not let them sweep you under the rug, just as they have done to cover up their poor teaching, poor professionalism, and extremely poor organization. These programs are without direction and the students are left consistently aimless in their schooling &...
Read moreI loved my first semester, I paid my $300 a month and presidents list because I was so determined to do better. I went in for Intro to Rad Sciences and that’s when things took a turn for the worst. The tests were unprepared and did not align with the lesson plan so I unfortunately did not pass with the testing average expected. I took the course again along with a few others to bump up my GPA in order to get into the DMS program but come to find out I cannot participate in clinicals because it was a fairly set schedule with no option for 2nd shift unless I was strictly Radiology. I changed my pathway to a strictly online Human Resources Degree no problem. I was unable to finish my discussion with financial aid due to time restraints and having to pick up my daughter. They said they would call the next day to follow up and never did, I figured things were okay and that I was just going to continue the way I had been. No, before my 2nd week is up I get a message saying I have an over due balance of $1600 and I have to pay that now or I would be at risk of being dropped as a student. I am a single mother whose rent is that much alone. I was told to pay what I could towards it and they would consider keeping me on still as long as I paid as much as I could towards the $1600 out of nearly $6000 which I never agreed to because why would I agree to paying that much at one time?! Never again. I’m in the process of dropping out now because I can go to another institute and pay so much less for my associates. Just an...
