Talpa Supermercados - Nashville — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

My family and I have eaten at the Nashville TN location a few time. The food was delicious at first. I went tonight to pick up dinner and was not happy. I ordered a Carne asada torta and queso quesadilla. I also picked up some shrimp cocktail. The shrimp in there were so tough they were hard to chew and the sauce was way too acidic. The cheese in my quesadilla wasn't even melted. Not sure we will go back as this place is a little bit expensive compared to the food trucks. I was so excited to see this place come to our community. I wish I could give zero stars! The bakery pays no attention to detail! I bought a tres leche cake and it was raw and dry! When I went to return the cake they attempted to give me a different cake. I made the manager cut it open to make sure it was made properly and the baker didn’t want to because she knew it wasn’t made right. The replacement cake was also raw and dry. This is unacceptable! I love this place. It's much more pleasant than shopping at Kroger (spacious aisles, bright and happy), great produce selection with great prices and I can actually get perfectly ripe avocados. The tomatoes were so fresh. The only thing lacking for me was some of the milk free cheese options and such (I'm allergic), but they had soy and almond milk anyway.
