Lived here for 6-7 months and regret wasting so much money for a complex, this one specifically, the price does not match the service, maintenance, and support. Terrible Management. The property manager is rude, and unthoughtful, tried to voice my concerns for the ASH IN MY ICE TRAY and the obscene amount of saw dust on our mantle *pictures are provided* and she completely blew me off and never came to address the issue. The assistant manager seems new to this, she almost forgot about our payment, she gave us the complete wrong key for our mailbox, mentioned and showcased that our door had already had a chip and scratch on it, and they still haven’t done anything for it, she told me after we were getting my application and other paper work done that my room didn’t have a patio and the windows don’t open, I think those are some key details to tell someone before they just gave every bit of information to you to live somewhere. Front Desk. Poor Kai and Hallie, they are so amazing and deserve a lot more than being ordered around by incompetence, I truly hope they find a better place to work and live. I don’t know anyone else on the front desk team so I can’t speak much for them. Staff. Maintenance is cool. But I heard they kept some secrets hush hush about firing someone, so there’s that. Parking. There isn’t any. They said they have tow services and that they’ll fine people…..still has yet to happen to ANYONE, so good luck trying to find parking past 8p. You are slotted for ONE car on the premises, but we know people who have two cars that park in the lot. They won’t follow through on orders or request or promises. Room/Services. WiFi that goes out 3-4 times a month, loud and obnoxious neighbors that don’t get any type of note or fine even after having a party past “Quiet Time”. which “Quiet Time” is so ridiculous, if the staff or management don’t care, then why have the rule in place. I’ve seen ONE email about Quiet Time, and that was the first month we moved here. Like I mentioned previously, saw dust all across our mantle, there was Ash in the Ice bin, loose shower head, chipped and scratched door, parts and pieces left in my cabinets, I’m $1400 for this??? A studio w/ no patio, no windows and I’m paying basically as much as a one bedroom w/ all those amenities. It’s a joke. Let’s talk about the trash service…absolutely terrible. We got fined for not tying our bags, but people can leave their nasty smelling rubbish in the hall for days w/ no complaints, I’ve seen this on multiple occasions when someone leaves their trash outside their door all day *WHICH IS AN OFFENSE, SO SHOULD BE FINED* and I’ve never once seen a letter for them, but we don’t tie our bag, which takes less than 5 seconds, and we get fined $25. WHAT THE ACTUAL **** IS THAT??? All in All I’m ready for this lease to be over so I can get out of this sophomoric nonsense they call a complex. And I already know they are gonna respond w/ “thank you for your concerns we try hard to blah blah blah” save it, don’t waste your energy typing, and waste your energy doing your job and fixing this community. Thankyoubyeee! Do I still get a Starbucks gift card for leaving a review or????

Honestly we couldn't make better decisions to live at The Lucile. Place is super nice and management is very polite and friendly. They keeping the place clean. We are very happy to live in this place. We just recently moved from Dallas Texas and we are very happy. 10+ 10 ✨ and 10 🔹

Me mudé el 4/12/23. El personal de la oficina es amigable y te ayudan en todo. El lugar es nuevo y están construyendo. Mi estudio es espacioso, limpio, tiene lavadora y secadoras wi-fi, termostato inteligente, microondas grande, baño que no necesita cortinas, muy bien pensado. Para entrar al apartamento necesitas un código. Recomiendo este lugar sobre todo a alguien que venga de otro estado. Saludos. I moved in on 12/4/23. The office staff is friendly and helps you with everything. The place is new and they are building. My studio is spacious, clean, has wi-fi washing machine and dryer, smart thermostat, large microwave, bathroom that does not need curtains, very well thought out. To enter the apartment you need a code. I recommend this place especially to someone coming from another state. Greetings.

Honestly we couldn't make better decisions to live at The Lucile. Place is super nice and management is very polite and friendly. They keeping the place clean. We are very happy to live in this place. We just recently moved from Dallas Texas and we are very happy. 10+ 10 ✨ and 10 🔹

I never imagined I would be racially profiled at my own apartment complex, but that’s exactly what happened to me at The Lucile Apartments.

I hosted a small gathering with friends at the pool on a Saturday evening. We grilled, socialized, cleaned up our area (wiping down counters and throwing away trash), and left around 10:30 PM. Other groups of Black residents were still at the pool after we left. A few days later, I checked my resident portal and saw a $115 fine for “property damages.” No one from the leasing office had the courtesy to notify me with a call or an email. The fine was the first and only notification I received.

When I contacted the leasing office, they claimed surveillance cameras “recognized” me and my group as responsible for leaving trash, including chicken bones, around the pool area. However, they made no effort to identify any other residents who were there after us. Instead, the leasing manager asked me to help her “find” the other individuals — which is completely inappropriate and not my responsibility.

This felt like blatant racial profiling. Because we were seen on camera as a group of Black individuals, I was assumed to be responsible for any and all damages, even when there were people present after my group had left. I’ve lived here for two years, always respectful, pay my rent early, and take pride in keeping the property clean. But this experience has made me feel disrespected and targeted.

I am sharing this because residents deserve to know how situations are handled here, and how assumptions are made based on appearance. I hope management will address this and ensure no one else experiences this kind of treatment.

Outside of this experience, I have overall enjoyed my time living at this complex. The maintenance team is always very helpful and timely with requests, and they take great care in keeping the property well maintained. I am truly cracking up at these reviews. As a resident here, I know that they were only posted because we were offered a Starbucks gift card if we do, but I would rather warn people than sell out for some coffee. The apartment and property itself is beautiful and the maintenance staff is amazing. That is all I have positive to say.

If you like mail, don't move here. It's impossible to get. Staff blames the carriers every time, but the only common denominator here is the building.

Also a lot of technology issues all the time. Elevators breaking, keypads not working, wifi in and out, things like that. And when these things happen, its very clear this management company could care less. "It was fixed, whats the problem?" kind of responses. How about it doesn't happen every couple days? That would be nice. LOL

Its hard these days when everything is so high priced yet the quality just isn't there. It's disappointing.

Cannot wait to see what response I get on this review, Im sure it'll be good. Hopefully I saved someone from making the same...
