Ronnies Electronics Autoland — Attraction in National City

Ronnie is definitely head & shoulders over any owner run business, I ever met. He’s personally on the floor & around the shop providing friendly ,professional service to customers. I should know firsthand based on my personal experience with his business there in National City. He’s a very humble person yet treat everyone respectfully and with integrity.

Recently, I had to pay him a visit because I had a problem with the remote auto locks they had installed 16 years ago. Hey, time flies n I don’t like new vehicle payments. Since then , this was either the 2nd or 3rd time I had issues with the auto lock system.

Now I don’t know the guy personally. AndI probably been to his shop only a handful of times. Yet each time out of the few times I deal with him. He comes across as a guy like you have known all your life.

So every time I take my truck in so he can check out those auto locks.(3 times, at least) I know the 2 last times he just took my word for it concerning a purchase receipt. And each time he had his crew checkout the problem then solve it, etc. He would hand me the keys after fixing everything, & wouldn’t even charge a penny. Thank God because I need all the breaks I can get. And even if he did , I would be ok with that because they took the time & trouble in working on it.

Know I’m not sure if he does this with everyone or what's his policy on this. But this is just my experience like I said before. Do not buy anything here. They will sell you used products and won't honor any promises that they made you. I went in to buy an amplifier ask them if they can install it and they told me that they would install it for free if I were to buy it I told him I was just there looking but that I would be in the next morning to buy my problem was I was leaving out of town that same morning I went in to buy the amplifier but could not have them install it cuz like I said I was going out of town when I got home and opened up the box that app has smudges there was a residue around the RCA plugs and the void sticker in the back was rubbed on pretty good like wherever they had it at it rubbed the sticker. I told myself no biggie they are a CT Sound distributor and I got a one year warranty on it and if anything happens to the app I could take it back. So when I got back into town they were closed so I decided to install that myself but when I went back for their promise as they told me that they will set the amp in my car and put all the settings were they need to be they told me that they couldn't do it that I had to pay for it they wouldn't honor their promise that they made me when they made the sale. Like I said I would not recommend anybody buying anything from these people unless you want to buy used products paying full...

Ronnie is the man! I came to Ronnie’s for the first time in 2014 and I was extremely satisfied. I had tires, rims, an alarm system installed and I fell in love with my car. Ronnie is always available to discuss my ideas with me and make it a reality.

A few years later I move to North County and I bought another car and went to a different shop up there where they sell wheels and tires. When my tires and wheels were mounted I was so disappointed and sales were final. Shortly after, I had to go back to Ronnie’s. I explained what happened and told him what I wanted. Ronnie even went the extra mile to return the tires I was stuck and unhappy with and ordered exactly what I wanted with a credit from the old tires. Ronnie just goes above and beyond to help you. And again when my car left Ronnie’s I loved what I left with. A lift kit, all terrain tires, some grill lights and more to come!
