Boba Bar and Desserts — Restaurant in National City

I had a great experience coming to this location for the first time. The girl at the register was so helpful and patient with me as I chose my drinks and answered all my questions. My dad was having a medical procedure and I wanted to get him something because he was on a liquid diet. She was so helpful trying to help me figure out which was a clear liquid (no solids).

The drinks were all so good! My mom loves the mango lava (strawberry syrup). I really like the lychee dragon fruit slushie with mango puree. It's a refreshing summer drink. The brown sugar marble is okay. I'm thinking it tastes similar to a regular milk tea with boba. I like that you can sub the whole milk out with non-dairy alternatives like almond milk, soy milk, etc. The clear liquids I got were a honey slush and green apple slush. They definitely taste like they should. My dad ended up drinking the green apple. 😄

The service was fast as well. I didn't have to wait long at all for 5 drinks. And the line got long. Just shows how good this place is and it's not just the drinks, it's the service. This will be one of my go-to boba shops in...

Love this little place so much!!! Great desserts, delicious boba, and a good amount of options to try. I had to stop going because I got pregnant and was avoiding GD but I've been going in regularly recently and usually get the same stuff, hasn't changed much but still has great options and great service! I usually just go in but my cousin said you can call to pick up and they might offer military discount. Gotta love a classic milk tea, brown sugar or strawberry is always good never watered down. Any slushies or any smoothies when it's really hot outside are so good and all drinks we get with Honey Boba but they have others!! Whenever the girls are working the chocolate chip puffles are always perfect!!! Sorry guys but I look forward to it enough to notice and prefer the girls since they put the chips in each puff so it's way better!!! The strawberry shortcake dessert puffle is a favorite to share with friends and I even got my family hooked on the slushies. We're going back regularly now...

Came here on my birthday today it's 4:04 pm whoever is the Asian girl up front with short hair was awfully rude today on my birthday. Let alone my deal wasn't that great of 20% she rushed me and acted annoyed by me asking questions on the menu. Very rude the last person I dealt with was very rude as well. The drinks are good here. The first time I came in here it was a black girl that served me and she was so awesome and helpful. Made me feel right at home and not scared to ask questions by her reaction unlike these other girls who have served me after her. They have horrible customer service they are not the only place in town that has great bobla. That's not so great to get horrible customer service on your birthday. Due to that I will not be coming here anymore with my children after school or how we used to even so it's nearby. I definitely plan to pick up other establishment even so they have great drinks but horrible customer service is never acceptable no matter how great your...
