The food is pretty good. Prices are reasonable. The service however needs work. My boyfriend and I ordered and we sat down on the bench. Their was no sign anywhere that says you cant sit down on the bench, only social distancing signs. Their was also another gentleman sitting down on the same bench. We were told we couldn’t sit down and that we had to wait outside. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES TOLD THAT! The woman who told us to wait outside didnt tell anyone else to wait outside, only us. We go back inside to see if our order is ready and the bench is crowded with people. The woman kept giving me dirty looks. We stood there for 30 minutes waiting for our number to be called. We saw the workers bring out our food (we knew which was ours because we’ve been to other frutas locations and ordered the same menu items) our order sat there for 20 minutes without our number being called. I don’t eat pork and asked to substitute the pork rinds for mango. THEY HAD THE GULL TO CHARGE ME 2 dlrs extra !!! For a much cheaper substitute... They’ve lost a customer and all my Medical Dr. family who are composed of 9 physicians with private practices and all their staff.. Read more(Writing review was I wait standing in line) Been coming to this place a lot. At this moment, there are 5 employees and 3 customers waiting in line. We have waited for at least 3 mins to place an order. Employees talking among each other, walking back and forth, and one of them with a guy having a conversation while we wait. Food took 10 mins to make and it was cold. In addition, the customer in front stated calling and no answer as I as well share this experience. I think Hasso is the owner for this place.
