Sometimes you find a store where everyone from sales to delivery to service is simply outstanding. Ferrari's Appliance is that place!
Over the last few years, I've bought both a Samsung gas range and a Whirlpool refrigerator from Ferrari's Appliance. The sales team really helped me find the perfect stove with the features I wanted. I had an unexpected event and needed to delay delivery for a few months as I was not going to be in my home. They were wonderful about that.
The delivery was flawless - the delivery team was polite and friendly and did an excellent job! No need to worry about their trying to talk me into keeping a damaged appliance because when Ferrari delivers - there is no damaged appliance.
I did need a repair on the stove after warranty. Billy was exceptional. He's my repair hero.
Next I needed a new fridge. There was a significant price difference and for a moment I did pause and think about going elsewhere. Then I remembered my experiences with other stores and my experience with Ferrari's.
When you use Ferrari's they have their own delivery people on staff, who really care. They are not contracting to a third party who gets paid by how many items they deliver not the quality of the delivery.
Ferrari's has their own high quality service department. If there's a problem, you're not going to wait weeks before they come to fix it. They are going to be right there for you and fix it correctly.
Purchase price is really only a part of the whole picture. The item(s) has to get to your house without dents/damage and appliances can need repairs - I gladly paid the difference because the quality of service and product I get at Ferrari's more than makes up for any price difference. Read moreCalled Ferrarl's for a broken down LG refrigerator last year. Eventhough they did not do LG warrantee work I was willing to pay whatever it was because it was extremely difficult finding repair people in this area willing to do LG warrantee work. Their man came and said that the LG needed a new mother board and said that he would order it. A day later a certified LG repair person returned my previous call and said that he would come and assess my LG and of course the repair would not cost anything because it was warrantee work. When this man came he said "you don't need a mother board, you need a compressor "! He also asked why a part of the refrigerator was disassembled which didn't ever need to be. So, here I was paying Ferrari's for a new mother board and obviously when that didn't fix the problem they would be charging me for a new compressor also. I immediately called Ferrari's with this knowledge and Billy said that "if the problem was NOT the mother board and it was the compressor we wouldn't charge you for the board". YEAH, RIGHT! Well, it turned out to be the compressor and it was replaced at no charge by LG. Because of the "misdiagnosis" I expected a service call refund ....not to mention how they were trying to scam the repair to make it more than it was (remember Billy had part of the refrigerator disassembled that he had no business doing). I did not get any compensation back. Shame on a local business doing things like this. Ferrari's will never see business from me or anyone I know in this area. Read moreI apologize for the tardiness of my review. This transaction happened in July. We’ve ordered from Ferraris for years and are always happy with the service but the service this day was above and beyond. Our refrigerator died. She was old and lead a good life. We ordered a new one and they said they will take the old one away. Well I am my father’s caregiver and our house is set up to accommodate that and has been even before when my mom was alive. The day they delivered the fridge I told the guys they had to come up the back way which was ok it wasn’t until they were inside that they realized that the fridge that needed to go was not going to fit through the door. They asked how it got in and I explained the front because it was able to open but the stairlifts currently block it. While the new fridge came in no problem the gentleman was said after much effort they will most likely just have to leave it. Zack sensing my despair said oh no we are going to get this out for ya. He called his brother Aaron. Like a tall drink of water Aaron came, ON HIS DAY OFF, and he and Zack got to work. With a lot of muscle and a few casualties, Zack I hope your finger is ok, we got it out the front door!!! My wall and stairlift need some minor repair but that is nothing. Zack said I told you we’d do it. If there wasn’t a pandemic I would have hugged them. These gentlemen will forever have my gratitude and I think the need a raise.
