Where do I begin..from start to finish I had a stellar experience. From the moment I walked up and met Vinnie, I could tell these people were exceptional. He took the time to talk with me, get to know me, and share the companies history, and locations. Then hooked me up with some awesome swag. Going in, I was met by a very nice Concierge who put me at ease, quickly gathered my information, and connected me with what I will call a "cannabis connoiseur" named Kaleb. This guy knew his stuff. He took the time to show me each company they carried, their strains, where they originated from, the different flavors, strengths and effects. He showed me top shelf, middle shelf, and lower priced (not lower quality). He took the time to ask me questions about what I was looking for, and the result I wanted. He showed me the waxes, the edibles, and the prerolls. And as we were walking up to the counter to cash out, I noticed that each person who worked there was very meticulous in engaging each customer the same way. Not just the men, but the lovely ladies are extremely educated and informed about every aspect of the cannabis industry. Put yourself at ease in dealing with them. No purchase pressure. No rush.They will not steer you wrong. As I was escorted out after my purchase, Kaleb took the time to shake my hand, thank me for stopping in, and wish me a great weekend. And I wished him the same. As you can see, I write reviews that I find worthwhile. I have been to many dispensaries but this is the 1st one I have ever written about. That's because I didn't just get treated like a dollar sign, I was treated like FAMILY from start to finish. You will be as well. I would like to point out that this experience was not great but not only have they attempted to make the situation right I also need to recognize that there were 100 visits or so that were enjoyable, professional and satisfactory.
This was one of my favorite dispensaries. Until it wasn't. I have visited the branch in several locations and have recommended it to many people who became regulars. This issue came when I was being mischarged and then mocked for voicing my concerns. I was belittled by a "manager" for complaining about the price difference and after him implying I am too much work by cruelly stating that from now on "we do it by the rules" (whatever that is supposed to mean.... I've only ever price matched and their own site states that is a service they offer). I'll be the first to admit I'm not a big fish as far as money goes but I do refer alot of business to other places now. And will let others who do go here know to watch the math and don't correct them when they are wrong. I frequented there enough to earn $100 in free product so although I wasn't dropping tons at a time it was $100+ several times a month since they opened. Sadly I loved many of the employees and will miss this location and company but one bad apple really does spoil the barrel. Too much competition in this industry to fell unvalued...
Read more*Update! Got a call and apparently it was just a silly issue (missing TN in my account), that no one else seemed to notice! Thank you Ray! My points are back and I will be too! Just please make sure you follow up with messages left at the shop! I want to love Cloud, but the post sale level of customer service is non-existent IMO. When they switched their loyalty system a few months back I lost all my points. I have been trying to fix this since the week they updated. I have left voicemails, no less than 3 messages in person with tenders at the shop (while making a purchase), reached out on FB, by phone, etc...I have had 0 response from them. Last time I shopped, I got 0 loyalty on my account for my $200 purchase. I'm done. If you can't follow up and/or keep your s**t straight, there's a few other places I can shop down the road. Sorry.
