Fresh for everyone? Moldy produce is more like it. Also, they bag the fresh loose produce in grocery bags instead of the special produce bags! I have addressed this over the past 6 months with different managers and they’re still putting random fruits and veggies in with my regular food in grocery bags. I am hoping all of the large bags are BPA free so my food didn’t come into contact with it. Either way how am I supposed to store a single tomato, rotting squash, rotting zucchini and other produce at home without those little white bags to separate them? When they do not have an item, walk into the store. You can grab it yourself off the shelf. They said they had no 2% or whole organic milk and I found plenty of 2% and one whole substitute. They said they were out of no pulp orange juice, yet there was plenty inside. I asked for 2 large bags of mild cheddar shredded cheese. They had the ability to substitute 4 bags of small bags but didn’t- so I did it myself. I’m switching locations. Ridiculous to give rotten food, food bagged incorrectly and to lie about the ability to substitute items they had in stock. I remember their old manager Kevin being extremely apologetic after 2 orders in a row being bagged incorrectly and having the items available in the store when I walked in when they said ā€œout of stockā€ on the paper in the parking lot. He isn’t there anymore, and I understand why. It must be hard to work with people who don’t care about the food people consume. The workers should take their job seriously. I am sick and went into the store to get the items I needed, knowing they would have them in stock so I can feed my sick child.

I come here pretty frequently, and use the pickup option the most. With pickup I do not wait very long for my order to come out and out of 3 years of living here I have only had one slight issue so far. Kroger’s phone customer service took care of the issue in the most professional manner. Whenever I go inside, the store is clean, the staff is friendly and so are the other customers shopping. It’s just a great environment. And the houseplants selection is very nice. I’ve gotten alocasias, begonias, teneki ficus rubber plant, orchids and some cute little succulents that I still can’t identify to this day. The bakery section is very nice as well, my favorite is the lemon cake in the refrigerated section, the blueberry pound cake and the lemon pudding bundt. I like to take advantage of the app before I even walk into the store because the coupons and cash back options have saved me so much money. I’ve once saved over $120 in one visit.

Carts are absolutely horrible there's only like 2 or 3 carts that are decent all carts here suck also the cart locking mechanism sucks I was trying to trade a bad cart for a different one and the second I stepped out insant lock and carts that were already out there to grab were all locked. Prices are unfair I bought 3 salids and paid 10 dollars Employees rather talk to each other than helping customers. The floors have stains everywhere moldy food. Sketchy people. Parking lots suck lots of bumbs and potholes.

The curb side team is mostly terrible. Poor customer service just in general. I would say 1 out of 3 orders have errors or spoiled food being grabbed. Today was no exception. After we picked up the order an entire bag was missing, 3 items. Then after we called they didn’t apologize but they did tell us to come back they will just get the items again. Well I drove back to just sit in a spot for 10 minutes, after I gave a heads up that I was on my way, no apologies yet. After I got my items, they were different tomatoes and all had mold spots on them, next was the wrong fruit. Nearly proving no one looked at the order. Lastly I realized the orange juice was wrong. I mentioned this and went to the car to go grab it to be swapped out. When I came back, the manager wanted, I supposed to have just a little win here against the Customer who is being wronged. At this point I received one ā€œI’m sorryā€, but he mentioned whoever place the order denied something about the orange juice. But I did not understand that because we were still charged for a particular orange juice, but was given a completely different one. In which I was confused and already late to my next appointment and grew very frustrated by this Cavalier attitude as he told me that I needed to come back and look at his screen when I already had the order and charge on my phone. Yes I did tell him off because I’m done with being handled by Curb Side in such a cavalier attitude. There was no empathy and no apology for anything, and no urgency whatsoever. It was a poor manager and the staff for Curb Side generally get quite a lot wrong, they never bag any fruit or vegetables independently and they never put correctly in the same bag soft items with soft items and hard items with hard items. They mix that up and it’s quite frustrating to have bruised fruit just a day after you picked it up. I hope that manager feels like they have something to gossip about now, about how they had to go ahead and put up one last fight after getting so much wrong to take about 40 minutes to correct overall from Pick Up to walking out of the store, disappointed. Every item was wrong and they still did not feel like there was any urgency to...

I don't normally shop at this Kroger. I come out here to see my massage therapist. but I stop here to get a snack on occasion. I've never had a problem before with Kroger ever until yesterday. It was lunchtime and at first I wanted pizza but I noticed there wasn't any ready. So I looked at the wings. I noticed that the pre-packaged ones had too many "flats" (two-boned wings) and not enough of the "drummies". Plus, I didn't really want 10 wings, just 5 or 6. So I asked this kid behind the counter if they had any pizza coming out. He said, "not for a while". I didn't want to wait so I asked if they had any wings behind the counter. He pointed to the pre-packaged ones under the heat. I said to him, "Yeah, but I just want the "drummies", assuming he knew what I was talking about. He again pointed to the pre-packed wings. I then explained, "No, those are mixed with the two-boned flats and I just want the "drummies". He then said, "Oh, I know what you mean, sorry I misunderstood". He asked "How many?", I said "5 or 6", I added that I'd also take a warm biscuit as well. I cashed out and left. When I finally opened the box to eat I saw 4 "drummies" and 3 "flats", exactly what I did not want. He clearly didn't understand what I was talking about even though I tried to explain. But because he gave me a mix, I now believe he was just pretending to understand me and playing me as the fool. How very disrespectful.

Train your people better. And stop hiring Idiots. I won't be talking to that kid in the future. And I will demand someone else if he's there. Or better yet, I may not come...
