I brought my younger sister here. Who is only 10 years old. She loves funz and alot of her friends go there. I watched this establishment break my little sisters self confidence and destroy her childhood joy, after they told her she was too overweight to partake in certain features ( zipline, parkour, ect) 5’5 height limits and 130 weight limits are unreasonable, unfortunate, and unfair to these kids who genetically and chemically can not change their height or weight. Maybe its just me but who are you to tell a 10 year old girl that she is to overweight to play like all her friends and all the other kids . (If it needs a weight limit , in my opinion it should be removed) with all the money this place is getting there is no reason why they cant provide these kids with the adequate playing equipment to accommodate ANY SHAPE & ANY SIZE . Its only right! I dont see how i can uplift my younger sister and tell her she’s beautiful the way she is!! When establishments such as this one tell her otherwise . Screw you FUNZ ( i just want to add on the management was understanding and accommodating...
Read moreIt's best for kids from 4 to 12. It's fantastic exercise for the kids. The pricing for the smaller kids is reasonable, but quite high for older kids. I only saw a couple of adults jumping around with their kids, so it's definitely not a place for adults. Its play areas are far superior to Round 1 and a much better value. It's a large facility with lots of jumping area and numerous other play areas. There's an area with giant Legos and a big play area with balls, slides, and plenty to climb on for the smaller kids. There isn't much in the arcade area. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were plenty of kids, but it wasn't overcrowded. They have some vending machines for drinks, but they don't have a food court. My friend's 5 year old granddaughter had a great time. I'd like to see them offer season passes. I think they could make a lot more profit with a food court and then perhaps come down on the prices for the older kids. Round 1 sells beer and wine which is great for adults when watching the kids. It's a great place, but they could...
Read moreMisinformed staff restricted play time for kids old enough to be in area. They didn't get to take full advantage of facilities. No refund or discount was offered. The kids were not in the toddler area. As we discussed, everyone is allowed on the slide. The employee was rude to my daughter asking, "are you even 8?" She answered yes and he said, "No you're not". That was disrespectful and if he had a queston of her age, he could have asked me. Not sure why the owner is now saying they were in the toddler area. That was never the issue. Upon leaving, I thought I was speaking to a desk clerk, not the actual owner. I would think that the owner would have been able to offer something more than an apology, which is why I emailed later in the day. I got the same lame apology as before. Now that I've posted an honest review, her response still shows the lack of care and...
