I cannot say enough about this store. We were looking for a relatively inexpensive kitchen for our finished basement which has lower than standard ceiling height. We first tried Home Depot, and while we were waiting for the quote (which ended up taking 2 weeks!) we decided to check out Home Outlet. Dan and Mason were so patient, knowledgeable, and creative while they worked with us on the design, provided the quote, and got everything ordered that same day. The team works together like a well-oiled machine to provide personalized service and is always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues within the timeframe they give you. You just can’t get that in a big box store. We were able to do the entire kitchen, granite countertop and double undermount sink included, for around $8,000 and the quality way beyond exceeded our expectations. Home Depot wanted to charge us over $7,000 just for the cabinets! They also worked and communicated so well with Boston Fabrication on the granite, I never had to worry about a thing. Bought cabinets from here and there vendors quality control is horrendous. Bought my cabinets 2 years ago for my home remodel. Opened 1 box to check that quality was good. Left all cabinets in boxes in the corner of my house. Had a rough 2 years and my remodel was slowed down drastically. Now I'm ready to install my cabinets and all 20 cabinet boxes had issues. Wrong door swings, cabinets that do not fit my kitchen design missing cabinets and cabinets that are not needed and are now extra cabinets. Now I'm stuck with 6 thousand dollars in cabinets and nothing to show than a pile of useless cabinets. Tried to get some swapped out but vendor sent wrong cabinets and there is no timetable for replacements. If I had opened up all these boxes and inspected the first 2 I would have brought back all my cabinets and asked for a complete refund. Wen they call you on a Thursday to pick up at any time on friday a custom window and excited because I've been waiting 8 weeks for it, and leave work 2 hours Earlier, rented a uhaul truck ($26+$1 every mile + gas) 30 miles each way, and contractors are at 7 am at site to finish the house ( with or without window i had to pay the contractor ) they canceled other jobs to be on my house, so o get to the store to pick up for them to say that they dont have the order at the store and they have no idea wen will arrive, if it arrives because now they think that the order is missing or was delivered to another store. They dont care how much money i spent with their lies. Now we call the store for information about the window and they ring up the phone.
