Burger King — Restaurant in New Bedford

Stopped by there tonight after working my 8 hour shift and I have to say I don't know which one of these is worse. The one in Fairhaven or this one. Clearly the kid at the counter was either being trained or they just threw him on and hoped for the best. He was polite though and that's not something he picked up from the three "adults " that were working behind him. Another customer was waiting for his food and one woman straight up ripped the food off the line and handed it to the customer. The customer pointed out his order was wrong and another woman reached in the bag,started debating the correctness of the order,and finally wound up taking the food to wherever to redo it but geez! In the meantime the one who ripped the food off the line had placed my shake on the counter where she was and forgot all about it. Had to stand and wait for another 5 minutes before the kid noticed. He ran over and apologized profusely. He was cashing out a guy just prior to that and the old man who was helping the two women get the orders done scolded him,in front of three customers,for permitting a customer to grab a cup off the stack by the registers and no that wasn't right but for Pete's sake. You don't have to humiliate someone to teach them and you certainly do not engage in conduct in front of customers. Both my mom and my sandwiches were wrong but neither one of us felt particuarly compelled to say anything because we saw how they handled the previous situation and I didn't want to get that kid in trouble. (Again,I emphasize that this young man was very sweet,apologetic and kind. He didn't learn that working with those three nightmares.) These three either need to be retrained or written up because quite frankly from what I saw they have no business being in front of the fries and onion rings if simply speaking to a co-worker with respect is just beyond...

RUDE, DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE..!!! This is my experience!!! Unfortunately i had to give a start just to write this but trully, this place dont even deserve a single one!!!! If you want a clean, comfort, nice place to go with family or whoever, just to have a good time DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING!!! Worst place ever. 1- they gave me wrong food + cold I ignored i just thought its okay people makes mistake not a problem. I went to ask for the hiring manager to get an application to work there, this girl who used to go to the same school as me saw me and I didnt know she was working there so it was a surprise but okay, in school we was never great friends, well we have a bad past.. ok whatever. I was talking to the hiring manager when he tod me they are hiring right now and for me to apply I said yes sure, so this girl named Catia Andrade who should be mature enough 19 years old. She started to tell the manager in front of everyone basically screaming “ dont hire her, don’t hire her “ and the manager looked me in the face and said we are not hiring right now!! I was socked I said minhtes ago you told me to apply and now you not hiring? You basically going for what she is telling you, i cant belive a place where jts suppossed to be a business, comfort, nice, professional place just went with someone else said!! Basically yelling. And also told me to excuse myself as i was trying to explain the situation. I got out of the burger king and i am going back!!!! RUDE...

I would give no stars to be honest but have to in order to post this. This placed used to be good now its just a free for all for ALWAYS getting the wrong order!!! I used the mobile app.. I went thru the drive thru they handed me the incorrect order im gonna assume it was the person behind me order. I said this isn't mine i ordered thru the app the girl at the window asked me the number i gave it to her. Told me oh i don't see this they must of deleted it..she asked me 3 times what i ordered.. I even showed her my order on the phone and still got it wrong..charged me 14.00 for french fries and 8 piece cheesy tot, which was cold and gross by the way.. I waited in that drive thru for 20 mins.. I get sometimes its busy..the girl at the window handed me my bag and closed the window..refused to come back..i was on my way to work otherwise i would of sat there. What i ordered. Lemonade. Chicken fries onion rings jalapeno bites.. What i got was fries.. Cheese tots and watered downed warm lemonade.. No ice.. Next time ill soend my money at mcdonalds...
