The Symposium Family Dining — Restaurant in New Bedford

Although not many vegan options to choose from on the menu. I did get the waffles and home fries and tea.. The home fries were so good, I forgot to take a photo of them! Next time.. We met the owner in which my friend was able to use his little bit Greek language with the owner who was pleasantly surprise to hear someone other than him speak his tongue. He was very genuine and pleasant to meet. I enjoyed my waffles and home fries. The home fries were nice and crispy on the outside and light airy on the inside. You would never know that the home fries were fried because there wasn't a trace of grease left behind on my plate or fingers after we demolished them. 😁 Even though this wasn't a vegan restaurant. I first went to a competing restaurant a few miles away and was never even greeted to be seated after 5 minutes so I left. I went to Symposium based on a Google map search as I am on travel, and tried it. All I can tell you is that the food & service are excellent.

In my opinion leadership and morale are everything. Having the right people on management, and then hiring and training the best people, and then treating them well need to the best results. This should seem obvious, but it seems rare.

I Love It Everytime I've Been! I've had all 3 meals there (not all in the same day), but whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is just like homemade. So, if you're out and about and you're looking for a meal, but you're unable to decide on what you want? Well then, the Symposium probably has what you are looking for. They have so many meals to choose from.
