Yesterday my fiancée and I had the pleasure to have our first visit at Northeast alternatives and we could not have asked for a better tender than Austin! I must say he provided an outstanding experience for us. From the moment we approached the counter, Austin made us feel welcomed and valued as a customer. He demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge about the products, taking the time to thoroughly explain the different strains, their effects, and their specific uses, most importantly being so patient while ensuring we made an informed decision that perfectly suited both of our needs.

Not only was Austin highly knowledgeable, but his professionalism and genuine passion for the industry were evident throughout the entire interaction. He listened attentively to our preferences and offered insightful recommendations that exceeded our expectations while providing an excellent conversation. I have to say Nathan is so welcoming everytime I visit he goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is a pleasant one! Shout Out to whoever does the hiring, you all have obtained some really great staff. Timothy was especially helpful today and I appreciated him remembering my preferences from previous visits. So again, another great visit welcoming and enjoyable. I look forward to visiting my guys at the front and Ruth was extremely pleasant and helpful while Brian and Tanner went out of their way to ensure I had a great customer experience. I LOVE this place! I was in today and Charlene was Amazing at helping get the best deal with all the specials going on. I REALLY appreciate customer service like that and she went above and beyond. I have been a customer since day one and enjoy every visit. The staff are very welcoming and informative when it comes to the product. I have to say there have been a few employees that stand out for me Brian, Tanner and my guy Derrick at the front desk!
