Previous post with low rating is way off base in my humble opinion..
There was even a vendor from Hawaii there today. Methinks that the reviewer is trying to steer people away. I wonder if the reviewer was there on a rainy day (it's an outdoor market) an hour before opening time. The Zion granite lazy susan people alone are worth going for. The quality of their goods and pricing are both excellent. I'm going back tomorrow to get a couple of silk & cashmere ponchos to use as gifts. Not from the beef jerky people. Read moreWimberley is always a great town to visit, whatever the occasion may be. Its very historic, small town that has every type of small store you'd expect and its also very cultured. The Market Days are really fun for the whole family! They have an area of downtown that is FULL of little tent-like places for artists/collectors/face painters to show off, and sell their pieces of art/history/whatever! Being a mostly Czech town, they also have fantastic food, cooked by some of the same families that started this town many, many years ago! Great fun!...
