My husband and I went to Cohen's on a Sunday, and were told our bed could be delivered on Saturday. We were very clear that it had to be in the morning, and that if it couldn't be in the morning, we would have to reschedule to the following Tuesday, my next day off. The Thursday before our scheduled delivery, I got a call telling me my time on Saturday would be in the afternoon. I tried to tell the person I was speaking with that I wouldn't be available in the afternoon so can we reschedule when my phone cut off. Five minutes later, when I got to an area with service, I had a voicemail telling me my afternoon time frame. I called back at that time (5 minutes later), and a different person answered. He told me there was no way I just talked to a woman because the woman left an hour ago. He kept telling me this like I'm stupid, and he said he couldn't reschedule me, that I'd have to wait until the woman comes in the next morning. He said he would have someone call me the next day. By the next day, late afternoon, nobody called me, so I called. I got a voicemail, and I left a message with my name, call back number, and reason for calling (that I need to reschedule my delivery). I finally got a call on Saturday morning. At this point, my husband had asked me to ask if it was possible for him to pick the bed up himself on Sunday because we didn't want to wait much longer considering we've been sleeping on our couch for weeks since loosing our bed in a flood. The woman said she would cancel my delivery for that day, and I told her I'd call her back to let her know if we wanted to pick the bed up ourselves, or reschedule the delivery. I called her back 15 minutes later, and left a voicemail saying that we would like to reschedule for Tuesday. I never heard back from her. The delivery man still showed up at my apartment on Saturday when I was not home. I left another message on Monday asking for a Tuesday delivery, still nobody called me back. I called again this morning and left a message. I placed another call later someone finally answered. They said today was booked. I explained how upset I was because I called Saturday to set this up and nobody called me back. I explained how I've left several messages with no return call. The next day off that my husband has is Saturday, I'm not off again until Sunday. After sleeping on a couch for weeks, my husband and I are extremely frustrated. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would have one call me back. I then called my husband and told him what is going on. He called them himself and asked if he could just pick up the bed. The woman told him that I told her Saturday that he would be doing that. I called back at this point to confirm that my husband will be picking up the bed, and to clarify with her that I never said that - that I had said I needed to get back to her and when I called her back she didn't answer so I left a message asking for a Tuesday delivery. She said I never left any messages. It's one thing to say you didn't get my messages, but to say I didn't leave one? I left several! Then, when my husband went to pick the bed up, he asked if they could deliver the headboard on Saturday since there was not a lot of room in his friend's truck. They told him WE have to set up the delivery! I don't know what kind of business this place is running. From being told there is no way I had just hung up with somebody because that person left an hour ago, to not receiving any return calls, to being told I never left them a message, I will never shop here again, and I advise others not to as well.    Read moreI visited the location in New Castle, walked in on a holiday weekend with “the big sale” going on. Walked through the entire building for 20 minutes before I was greeted by a salesperson. I showed him an advertisement for the set I wanted and he said it wasn’t in stock. So I placed an order for the complete bedroom. The manager explained to me that I could have it as early as the following week if it was at the warehouse, but if not it would be 3 weeks. I agreed, paid them in full and patiently waited to hear back for delivery. Three weeks pass and I received my first phone call, telling me it would be an additional 3 weeks. They apologized and told me I would get $100 off the bill. I said alright and again I wait. Another 3 weeks pass and I place a call. Manager says he doesn’t know what’s going on and he “thinks” it will be here at the end of the month...really, another 2 1/2 weeks? If you value your sanity, and your hard earned money, don’t do business here...btw, I still never received my $100 reimbursement. I’d give these guys 0 stars but the system...
