Creature Brewing Company — Attraction in New London

I called looking for potassium bicarbonate (not for brewing but for treating powdery mildew on tomato plants) and Sean was so nice and extremely helpful! I asked if I could pay for it over the phone and do a curbside pickup because I'm isolating and that was no problem. I asked how much it was and he said, "let me put on a glove and check." Nice that he was safety conscious too. He asked what kind of car I had so he could bring it out when I got there. Since I have a pickup truck he brought it out and put it in the back of the truck. The item I bought was very inexpensive so I really appreciate that Sean took the time to go above and beyond for my little purchase. Awesome brewshop with super friendly staff. Found everything I was looking for. Talked with Sean for a while and he gave me a cider recipe that I'm going to try out. Definitely recommend stopping by.

Sidenote, the shop isn't quite where Google thinks it is. It's not really on Bank Street; you have to go around back behind the row of buildings. The shop is right in the public...

Happy to finally connect with this store after my home store closed. Sean is a nice dude and runs a pretty good little homebrew store. Don't give your money to the big online retailers, BUY LOCAL! Had everything I needed to supply my last-minute brew day and if he didn't have it, he'd get it for me. Glad to say I'll be doing my business here...
