Spartan Manor — Attraction in New Port Richey

We had our wedding here on 7/9/23 and it was absolutely amazing! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and elegant. The all-inclusive packages offered were huge in eliminating a lot of wedding vendor related stress. Spartan Manor, particularly Daphne, handled everything from food, ceremony music, decorations, cake (from a partner bakery) and flowers (from a partner florist). That alone made things so much easier and affordable through the wedding planning process that we all know can be extremely stressful!

We had our photographer and DJ cancel for our wedding 2 months before due to an unfortunate accident (they were okay, but needed recovery time). Daphne was able to quickly help us find another DJ and recommend other photographers to us.

Throughout the entire planning process down to the day of the wedding, Daphne was on top of things at all times. She was responsive, accommodating, helpful, hilarious, and genuinely a great person who cared about us as a couple - not just on getting us booked. She literally had everything covered and asked all the questions (even things I hadn’t thought of) needed to make sure our day went how we envisioned. Daphne is truly a professional at what she does and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out.

Daphne directed the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly from the ceremony entrances and exits, to the reception entrances, to the cake cutting, to the limo exit, and even with making sure the bussle on my dress stayed how it should!

At the end of our wedding, we got to say goodbye to Daphne and thank her for all her help before we had to get to our limo. There wasn’t time that day to express how much we appreciated her throughout the process. We would like to say thank you again for all your help, we will always remember you when we think back on our wedding!

We visited this establishment for our nephew (and new niece)'s wedding. The venue's wedding space was out doors, and the weather this afternoon was cold and windy! The only real negatives at this point was the lack of a public address system, as we were only half way back in the white folding chairs, and could not really hear the officiant and vows... and portable heaters would have been a nice touch!! As soon as the ceremony portion was over, we were ushered in doors where we found the setting warm and inviting. We had an hour while wedding photo's were being taken... and we spent this time in the bar area for drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The bartenders were personable and having studied mixology, I noticed they weren't "short pouring" any of the alcohol and were moving quickly to serve everyone in a timely manner! At this point we were ushered into an adjoining room for dinner, dancing and cake!

The food was Great! My wife had chicken, which she remarked was moist and flavorful. I had the prime rib which was also tender and juicy! Service was super professional and again moved swiftly to ensure every guest was taken care of and treated very well!! Drinks were kept filled, and our every need was quickly addressed!! the cake was also served quickly and professionally!, and coffee was poured hot and delicious! I had my wedding there last night and let me say how wonderful everything was. From the professionalism Daphne will give you throughout the whole night and her attention to detail was amazing. The staff from the bartenders to the waiters/waitresses was phenomenal. My husband and I were always taken care of first and always checked on throughout the night. The dinner service was amazing. Everything from hors d’oeuvres to the dinner service was cooked to perfection. ( definitely try to chicken francaise or the Mediterranean chicken) The DJ’s we had were also just as amazing. Daphne recommend Josh and Christie from ML Productions Mobile Disc Jockeys. Josh and Christie were also phenomenal. Josh’s attention to my music recommended and to making every dance feel special was great . His attention to the lighting to match my theme of my wedding won me over. Let’s not forget his wife Christie, she made the whole night run so smoothly so I would not have to worry about it. They both were professional and made my wedding night so much fun.
