This place doesn’t even deserve a star. If I can put none I would!! Worst customer service and worst place to do any business with. We never thought something so simple can turn into such headache. To resolve this issue all we have requested from them is a full refund that rightfully belongs to us because the image and design we requested did not even come close to what we requested. We did not approve of the image design they provided to us for the business cards because it was not what we wanted. When we went in to put our order in we explained to them and gave them an example of how we wanted our cards because we have previously printed some cards else where. Our mistake was giving this company a chance. By the way we went in a couple of times to ask for a refund but they always kept telling us the same thing “ I will pass this on to my supervisor because I can’t do anything about this” and it’s been like that for months. The worst part was realizing that they are racist because we over heard a conversation that “Hector “ was having with “manager (victoria we believe is her name) “ and he had to mention to her that we were “Latinos “… they way stated was sus. Like if we didn’t matter or like our situation didn’t matter because we were latinos. I guess that they believe with us being Latinos that we won’t or can’t or even have the capability of fighting for our rights and for what it is right. They have to know that us “Latinos” stand united and we don’t back down from any injustice especially with lawyers...
Read moreThis was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vendor in my 10 years of business. I purchased 200 yard signs as part of a sale they were running, 100 for my San Antonio location, and 100 for my Oklahoma City location. Not only did it take almost 2 months to receive my signs, but when they did finally arrive, they had sent my Oklahoma City signs to San Antonio and my San Antonio signs to Oklahoma City. They also didn’t send us the stakes that were supposed to be included with the signs, and when they did send them, they sent all of them to Oklahoma City. We have paid out over $140 of additional shipping charges to get the items to the right locations. We requested a reimbursement of our shipping charges, and a very reasonable 10% discount for all the time and headaches that we experienced sorting this mess out. That was about three months ago, and we have still yet to receive a refund, so I reached out to James, the owner, and he replied that they had given us a credit towards our next order (like we would ever use them again). He also sent a copy of an email chain that he had with my wife where he had vaguely mentioned a “credit on our account,” when she had clearly requested a refund in her email. When I informed James that we had requested a refund, not a credit, he ghosted me, I have sent several emails following up over the course of almost a week, and have not received a...

I’m honestly shocked they asked me to leave a review. Let’s start with the name — 72 Hour Print is misleading at best. I was told directly that it’s “just a name we chose years ago” and has nothing to do with actual turnaround time. It took longer than 72 hours just to get a proof, and things went downhill from there.
Communication was poor from the start. I asked them to pause production while I finalized details, and once I was ready, I reminded them to add my name to the front of the shirts. They sent a quick proof, which I viewed on my phone. I saw my name had been added and gave the go-ahead. What I didn’t catch — and what they should never have gotten wrong — was that my last name, which is also my company name, was spelled wrong. It’s literally in the logo. On the shirt. In every email. And they still misspelled it.
They refused to take any responsibility, saying I had approved the proof. I had trusted them not to botch the most basic thing: my name. Instead of fixing it, they told me I’d have to ship them back at my own expense so they could take the shirts apart and redo them. I asked for a refund and got a hard no. Peak Power Washing Season is way over. Didn't have that kind of time.
So here I am, $1,200 in and disputing the charge with my credit card company. Total waste of time, money, and energy — especially during my busiest season. Don’t make the same mistake....
