4003 Church Ave Corporation — Attraction in New York

Used to like them although their selection is small and they will leave produce on display when they are obviously bad at times. Bought some mushrooms from them recently and got home to see mold growing on them. Took them back like 2 days later when I had a chance and the checker acted like I was trying to get over on him. I pointed out the mold and he shrugged it off and acted like he didn't want to give me a new package. It was obvious no mushrooms were missing. Maybe he doesn't have a problem eating moldy food but I do. Too bad it was worth it to you to lose a customer who spends hundreds of dollars in your store for about $5 of mushrooms. I won't be back. If I could give this place a zero start I would! We purchased a can of Tastee cheese from this place. When I opened the can the entire cheese was spoiled and basically rotting. My friend who purchased the item went back to talk to the store clerks and the person was very rude. He insisted we bring the item back. By then it was already in the trash. We took pictures of it but he refused to even look at them. I’m very disappointed in how they chose to handle the situation and I will not be purchasing anything from them again.
