I’m kind of disappointed about my food that I order I went there two day in a row the first day I bought 2 oxtail patties and 2 salmon patties I was so excited to experience the patties but when I got down to the middle of my oxtail patty there was a piece of silver Brillo the you used to clean dishes in it I did enjoy the flavor and the freshness of the patties but it turned me off and I had to give the rest away the second day I returned I didn’t tell anyone about it because I was waiting almost 20 minute to place my order when I finally got a chance to order it slipped my mind until I got in my car and started to eat the chicken patty with coco bread which reminded me that I waste my time and money because the patty was dried out and hard I guess it was from the day before I want to go back to try the food again because I know the food is good but it’s just that I don’t want to waste my time and money on food that...

It was close to 8pm on a Friday evening, and the bakery I was brightly lit. I was greeted when I entered the bakery. The staff was very friendly and made sure to let me know what options were available. I ordered bake and saltfish (herring and shark were also available), oxtail patty, jerk chicken patty, cassava pone, pine tarts, Chinese cake, cheese rolls, and a currents roll. The service is the worst. The women in the front serving needs lessons on how to greet the customers and not just their so called friends. They run the business like they are only dealing with the few people back home who patronize the shop. They need to be more culturally aware. They need to learn how to greet and welcome customers. I entered the store said hello and the woman did not answer me. Then after waiting to be served, two other people came in after me. The lady behind the counter took the woman behind me order.
