My daughter has tried the summer camp for the first time with each week with a theme. Although it’s a theme, art projects done and crafts weekly isn’t enough for the price per week. Theme weeks should include books read to the kids to talk about the week theme for ex. shark week. One shark book at least should be read, not throw something random for them to do and say here. I feel there is better out there. It’s a tiny space and backyard space is even smaller for sprinklers and play time. Mostly for kids 4-5 years of age only. Not older. I feel there should have been a structured class and less open play to do whatever. Out of 5 days for shark week only 3 projects done was a shark the rest was an ice cream drawing and draw any kind of foods you like. Isn’t it shark week ? Why are they doing anything. Are they teaching the kids something about the sharks or reading a book or something exposing the theme week ? They aren’t. Also owner and staff barely even looks at me or ask me a thing for small talk or ask does my child like it. I could do these projects at home and say here just paint this. If you want your child to learn about the Themes, a book read to them, don’t go here. Also snack provided is only water and one chips or cookies. If you don’t ask for it, you don’t get it. My daughter was never ask if she wanted juice. Bc I sent her in with lunch & water. And I can’t tell they aren’t doing weekly cleansing of the Legos, blocks books, play dough there. It was old play dough from the first day of class. It should all had been cleaned and no old play dough. My opinion. At Gymboree where I worked, we sanitized daily, even...
Read moreYesterday we celebrated a 5 year olds birthday party here and a lot of parents were disappointed with the staff. The girls that work here hate their jobs, or though it seems. They were not friendly at all & spoke to 5 year olds like they were teenagers. They were rude, they weren’t engaging, they weren’t helpful, and completely rushed through everything. They rushed the kids through the slime experience, rushed them to eat their pizza, and didn’t engage in any activities with the kids. They even denied a mother a little scoop of ice cream lmao. Overall, the whole experience lacked tremendously and the prices they charge are not worth it at all. I don’t recommend planning anything here.
They also posted pictures on their Sprinkle of Fun social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) of the kids without asking any of the parents if it was ok, and that’s not okay. Permission should always be asked if you’re posting someone...
Read moreI decided to enroll my 4 yr old son into their "spring break art camp". Big mistake!!! The owner doesn't provide handsaniztizer or request to bring your own. She does request to bring a snack and water though. There also a huge age group difference, kids 4 yrs to 9 yrs old can attend. She doesn't separate the kids into the same age group! She allows the kids to play video game on her mobile phone during class. My son was pushed by an older child and I was never notified. I found out through my son! Luckily, I always communicate with my kids. I contacted the owner, and asked if she knew about this situation? She acknowledged witnessing the situation and said " These things happen, kids fight. I really think you're over reacting!" I was very disappointed with her reaction and immediately requested a full refund. I would never recommend this place. It's unsafe for kid and the owner is also very...
