Al-Riyan Essential Oils — Attraction in New York

Absolutely an amazing experience. I have been looking for a store that sells essential oils and natural products. After a Google search, I came across Al-Riyan. Due to Covid-19, I did not want to waste my time for a store that was not open physically, as I wanted to smell the different oils.

When I called, the gentleman (who I later found out was Riyan) whom answered the phone was so pleasant and inviting and let me know they are opened until 7:30pm.

When I got there, the store had such a good energy about it. There was a huge selection of natural products and every oil I needed. Farouk was behind the counter and helped me immediately. He sanitized my hands and allowed me to sample the oils. Then as I was waiting for my oils to be labeled and pack Riyan took the time to introduce me to the products they made personally. So many beneficial things there. I decided on an infused honey, that was created for anti-inflamation and aids in hormonal balance and many other things.

Overall my experience was one that will make me return. He also let me know if there is something I need, that they do not have, they will find it for me! I definitely reccomend Al-Riyan Essential Oils...

My experience with this essential oil shop was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. I called multiple times with questions, but when I arrived at the shop, the owner seemed to have no recollection of our conversations. It was clear there was a complete lack of organization and communication.

The building itself was in poor condition, and seeing a young child working there was very concerning. I also noticed that many of the products were leaking or broken, and when I brought this to their attention, I was met with a complete lack of concern. They were rude and dismissive, showing no interest in honoring or replacing the damaged items.

For a business that sells health and wellness products, the level of unprofessionalism is shocking. I would strongly advise paying a little extra to find a more authentic and reliable shop that provides both quality products and respectful service. Avoid this place...

As salamu alaikom wa rahmatullah. I have been coming to this store for everything. Books, oils, soaps, clothing, e.t.c. Raza really has all that you can ask for. If you are looking for anything islamic for yourself, wife/husband, children, or the home, I recommend this store. The customer service is great. He will let you try on every oil if you want to buy just one. Usually the store owners give you a hassle with this but not here. If you are looking for something and it is not there, just ask Raza. He will try his hardest to get it in the store or even place a special order for you. It does not matter your background, or ethnicity, this store has something for you. He is a busy guy so if you get there and the door is locked, just give a call and he will be there in less than 5 minutes, he has a lot to take care of so its no problem.
