Burger King — Restaurant in New York

I really have a pet peeve about efficiency and sense of urgency from employees. I've worked in sales, in 2 mall location stores with a lot of foot traffic so I understand being tired and feeling drained but you always have to balance that with efficiency and customer perception. The Burger King here is slow as heck. My point of view is not subjective, meaning I'm not just me feeling as if this location is slow, they actually are slow and anybody can go and watch them to see. All it takes is a tiny bit of effort to please 99% of customers. TAKE THE ORDERS FIRST and move with a sense of urgency to do whatever it is you're doing. Work faster, not so fast you hurt yourself or drop things, just faster than you currently move and make logical decisions for example, It's probably not a smart idea to be fixing cups or wiping stuff down with a rag or stacking boxes when 5 customers are staring at you waiting, you can do that after the orders. I've been where you've been so I know how you think. You can work better, you're just choosing not to. And there's too much drama in these fast food places because the staff is like 7/10 Female to male. There doesn't need to be that many female staff vs Male staff. The stuff I hear at these...

Well service was okay till i go make me a coffee it took me about maybe 5 minutes from the time she gave me the order and i ate a breakfast tator tot and it was half warm and getting to cold i told her first these are warm and she replied i just pulled them out the frier i said touch them and she didn't want to but your standing there arguing with me about the frier i said can you make them hot she give me from the batch that she gave me first and they were warm u want to give cos termers hot food not warm they don't know how or when they can eat it in a few minutes or so it's cold because they already gave...

[UPDATE]- After reporting this business, they've improved. No longer closed during breakfast hours. Still not 24 hours however. Added one star. For starters, This Burger King is not open 24 Hours. In fact, I was just rejected at the window (9:50am),. Was told that it is not open at this time. A Burger King restaurant closed for Breakfast is bad business. Since this is about the 3rd time this business is closed for breakfast, I will be getting in touch with the franchise owner and will be reporting this...
