If I can give them a zero I would if below that even better. I had a AMC gift card never before used redeemed and activated for use through AMC app. Walked in and people arguing with counter rep, figured maybe kiosk would be better so I approached it. As I'm there I notice it has no way to scan my barcode on the phone for payment, looked back at counter and line didn't seem so bad so I went back figured who best to help than human interaction right ? Wrong. As I'm there rep scans my phone about three times and trying to get my seat selection that I was trying to obtain from the kiosk. To then tell me to walk to it and cancel it so he can take next guest, I said I'm here now you should try and help your current guest being me before moving on to someone else. Then he tells me I have zero balance on my gift card, nothing he can do. What choice do I have but to pay for my movie ticket and concession stand snacks and go 30 mins late into my movie. I called and manager couldn't come to phone ... Surrrre. Called a few days later for Carlos and nothing not even there now and spoke with Tyis or whatever her name is sorry. Wasn't even much help either or seemed to show empathy ... No she just sounded robotic. I mean I put the info out and you folks can make your own decision if you'd be upset as I am.
This point it's the...
Read moreFor starters I relished that they had the red leather reclining seats. But when I got in the theater there were 3 grown people sitting in my seats, amidst a pretty much empty theater. Now I know they can read their own tickets so that was disturbing because they were already comfortable and I surely didn't want to sit in the seats after them...(you know- the whole Covid thing...). So I just sat in the seats next to them banking on no one was coming since the theater was relatively empty, but guess what, here comes an elderly couple and they walk right into our row! ...So we're in their seats! ...but they were team players and said "No worries" and just grabbed 2 seats. I was embarrassed but I let it go for the sake of good and the fact it was literally 10 of us in the theater that seated 50 easily. Last upsetting thing was finding out they close the concession and drink stand while movies were still playing!!!! There was easily 30min left in my movie and others. ...and I was double mad because I missed some of my movie. Theater is normal and basic, it serves it's purpose. You see the latest blockbusters out. There's free parking in the lot. Easy to find. They are asking for proof of vaccination. They have discounted tickets for...

Update: I don't think they have coffee currently, I do hope they offer that as weather turns cold.
I would like to praise management at this location. Compare to other theaters in the city I can really feel being welcome here on most of my visits. Although I can see staffing have been reduced compare to years ago, those who works here take responsibility for their job. I had friend that couldn't make the movie and staff help me get a voucher so my friend can come later. The popcorn refill young man was prompt and proactively asked if I needed a refill. Unlike other place that sometime don't fill to the top I got my full fill. One of the butter machine seems to be broken, hope they put a label on it or fit it soon. I am surprise they offer hot coffee in addition to soda, that's nice, and it actually tasted good, please try. Now since the screen is smaller than other in town but the service make up for that. I enjoy the easy parking and option to dine before or after the movie...
