If I could give 0 stars⦠I would.
My experience at this store was appalling. The manager and two employees were extremely rude and dismissive. When I tried to express my concerns to the manager about the way one of her employees had spoken to me, she barely made eye contact and brushed me off with a muttered āokayā before continuing about her business⦠no apology, no interest, no accountability. Nothing.
As I turned to leave, I overheard her tell the cashier that itās okay to speak to customers like that. So I returned to the register, handed back my items, and said I wouldnāt be shopping at a place that treats people this way. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, the cashier chimed in, and stated āI donāt like your attitudeā. Then the manager finally lifted her head to say something to me stating that I was the one who was being rude. While doing the return the cashier was the one being rude to me and she visibly frustrated when she was asking me for my email, name, and last name for the return. It felt like the entire team tried to gang up against me.
I had been nothing but polite from the moment I walked in, asking for help respectfully, thanking staff, and even apologizing if I was in anyoneās way. The real issue started at the fitting room, where the employee got visibly irritated and snapped at me and the person I was with for standing in the āwrongā spot and stating we were in her way. She was the one who told the person I was with to sit where she was sitting! I was simply trying on clothes and showing it to her. I also witnessed the employee speaking to another customer with the same rude tone, which is why I initially tried to bring it to the managerās attention. I also told the manager that I understand things may get busy but thereās a way to convey your message to customers.
This store clearly doesnāt take customer feedback seriously and has no respect for shoppers. I hate to bring race into this, but we were the only other Asian customers in the store at the time⦠and given how differently we were treated, itās hard not to feel that this played a role in how we were spoken to and dismissed.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of her non-customer service on my last 2 visits there. The first visit my loft card wouldn't work. Instead of her offering to check the card she just looked at me. I just used my credit card to make the purchase and left. My 2nd trip there 2nite I get the same girl. Once again my loft card didn't work. Tried 3 times. I read the message aloud because she's showing no interest then I say, I don't get my credits if I don't use my card right and she confirms that. I asked her to check the card she says "if it's not working there's nothing I could do". So, I used my credit card again. I walked home, called customer service explained what happened and they took care of the problem in less than 2 mins. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI found the selection extensive and it fit my needs. They didn't have all the sizes at the time as they were out of large and xl. Also, they could use more racks or places to hang the clothes because you end up having to pick up a lot of the merchandise to find your size. The manager has gotten a lower rating for not accepting returns bought online and that's because she still doesn't get you can put the return on a gift card. Very confused. I dealt with the other sales associates. They knew more. They should always have someone by the fitting room to assist the women trying on clothes as that would help the sales as well. The person could find another size, offer a suggestion, etc. I know it helped me when I was there and they had a woman there the day I went. Another suggestion, welcome all who come in to the store with a smile as if you really want them to buy. The times I've been there they do not say hi to anyone entering. It's not welcoming. I still gave them a 5 because of the clothes and everyone these days needs...
