I had a very disappointing experience at this Bath & Body Works location recently. There was an older Asian woman working on the floor who was extremely dismissive and impolite. She didn’t greet me, offer any assistance, or even acknowledge me when I walked in. Her attitude felt cold and unwelcoming the entire time. What made things worse was that as I went to the register to check out, she followed me and just stood nearby without saying a word or helping. It felt like she was watching me to make sure I gave everything to the cashier — as if I couldn’t be trusted. She wasn’t doing anything productive, just standing there and making the experience uncomfortable. I left feeling disrespected and judged, not like a valued customer. Read moreI have been buying bath and body works lotions, body mists, wall fragrances, and handwashes online for years. Recently, one of the body mist bottles was broken. I thought to go in a store to ask for an exchange. The 1st agent we saw, she said as they dont have a similar one in stock, she can't help us with it, and we should contact customer service online. As I was there we picked up few other products and as we approached to cashier, Dev, a girl at cash register asked my son who had the body mist in his hand if we are buying it. We shared all with her. She asked to have a look at it and asked if I wanted an exact replacement or would like to have a refund or adjust against the current bill.
