TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This nail salon should be SHUT DOWN on how unprofessional they treat their customers. I went in to get a pedicure and less than a week the nail is chipping off and the acrylic was easy to lift and come off. I didn’t want to go back to get it fixed because in my option if they do a terrible job once they will do a terrible job again, however, I did go in to tell them that the pedicure did not last long and that I had to go to another nail salon the following week just to get better service and they looked at me and ignored me and told me to get out of their salon if I wasn’t getting any services done ! If I could, I would give them no stars, they come into this neighborhood in Queens and feel as if people that live around this area shouldn’t get proper treatment for as much money they are charging and for the lack job they are doing. This nail salon are for those who don’t care how the outcome of their nails come out, so I am writing this review for those who actually care where they spend their money and how well they like to be treated. One thing anyone shouldn’t allow is disrespect and in that nail salon they are all disgusting and disrespectful how they treat paying customers. Will never catch me in there and have already made reports to 311. Just like Amy and everyone told me to get out of their salon ! You guys need to get out of the neighborhood I...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience with this nail salon. I called ahead to confirm their prices and specifically asked about the cost of a gel pedicure, and was told by the manager Amy that it would cost $20. I asked again when I got to the store just to confirm and was told 20 dollars again-18 dollars due to their current promotion. I agreed. However, after given the service, I was charged $35 instead of the $18 that I was quoted on. When I questioned Amy about this, she simply brushed me off and offered no explanation or apology. Just pointed to the menu of services on the wall. Which she didn’t do in the beginning.
Furthermore, I asked Amy about the size of the store, and she initially said it was 5000sq ft, which seemed very large. However, she later corrected herself and said it was only 1000 square sqft. This lack of communication and language understanding is extremely concerning, especially considering the salon is located in a predominantly English speaking black neighborhood.
Overall, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Unless you enjoy being misunderstood. Their prices are not transparent, and their staff lacks basic communication skills. Save yourself the hassle and go...
Read moreOutrageous!!! Warm water and nothing else to soak my feet. Had to tell technician to use soap on my. Why? And she got an attitude. I will go else where. You should too!
UPDATE: For the owner to infer that it was a "Language" issue, is also OUTRAGEOUS! She knew exactly was I was referring to as she had an attitude and did not like my commenting on why she was rushing. I also commented about the soap to the woman who was sitting in at one of the tables and she barked back she's using soap, This is after I had to tell the woman to use it. IT SHOULD BE PROTOCOL. Part of the service that soap is used even in a basic pedicure. It was not busy. I was the only person getting a pedicure at the time. Language...
