Brooklyn Brush Studios — Attraction in New York

b[x] was my studio and second home for over 5 years. I ended up leaving due to external circumstances, and it was SO sad and emotional because I would have stayed there forever. The staff and other members are amazing, and really made me feel safe and comfortable. I have made life-long friends at b[x], and will go back to visit often. They have events pretty frequently, and my studio also hosted big AR art shows in their gallery space several times, which were super successful and amazing!

One of the best parts of being at b[x] is being able to participate in Bushwick Open Studios. Since it's a huge building in a busy part of Bushwick, we would get tons of people walking through and interacting with our art. I made so many connections, sold work, and even got jobs through BOS.

I rented a small/medium sized studio with a window and a loft which had space for two desks and a sofa chair. It was really comfortable, homey, and private... which is good for getting in a creative zone. It was also very affordable.

So sad that I'm not there anymore, but looking forward to being a member again sometime in...

I had to address here to the public that this place is awesome! And by awesome I meant management is marvelous- to the point that I don't believe there is a better managed studio space in existence in the borough of Brooklyn. SERIOUSLY

Literally all of the studio spaces here are well maintained, air vented (VERY IMPPRTANT), has adequate air condition in the summer AND HEAT. It was an absolute luxurious experience renting space here. I love this place! Best studio I've ever had and a really great value. The staff is super friendly, great professional yet laid back enviroment, and the place is kept very clean.

There's even an art gallery in the middle of the common space and outside the building that rotates often. Both my corporate and artistic clients are very impressed and give me kudos for my choice (for different reasons of course).
