Cheap for a reason!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is completely disgusting. Your better off sleeping in the streets. If your pregnant or have kids DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. Reeks like complete cigarettes from the moment you come into the hotel and it gets worse once your inside your room. I got a headache just being in my room with the cigarette smell not to mention it sticks to your clothes. There’s mold everywhere, furniture is torn apart, so unsanitary!! I tried not touching anything that’s how bad these rooms are. I doubt there’s proper cleaning done to these rooms. It’s more of like staying at a motel. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Disgusting, worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Only stayed for 3 hours and I had to leave, not worth any penny. Please read the reviews before booking!! REVIEWS ARE VERY IMPORTANT!! Lessoned learned!!

I'd never stayed in Brooklyn before and I'd definitely stay there again if we choose to stay in Brooklyn in the future.<br/>The room was a decent size and clean and the fee included free breakfast, PARKING (in a garage!), WiFi, coffee & tea all day, and was close to the subway. The beds were very hard, but that's typical in hotels. I would also recommend staying on the side AWAY from the beer distributor, since the trucks started going in and out VERY early, which woke us up every day in spite of using a white noise app on the phone. Perhaps if we'd put the phone by the window instead it would have been more helpful... For the price, you really can't beat it.

Having stayed for 6 nights there we had experienced dirty towel replacements (e.g. blood stains), half of the days they would only leave one bath towel (while we were a couple staying), also had to deal with smoke smell in the corridors even if they claim to be a non-smoking hotel but they have an ashtray in the room (a few days we could smell weed from other rooms). Last but not least every day we had to deal with 6-7 flies as they were entering the room with the cleaning service. Maybe ok for one or two nights (given the prices), but definitely not more.

So I booked a suite on line. This hotel is supposed to be smoke free, they even have a sign indicating their hotel is a smoke free facility at the desk. When we got to the suite, we were assaulted by stale cigarette smoke. There were even ashtrays in the room. Then there was the fact that there were abouy 10 flies flying around in the rooms. We checked the pull out sofa and there were 4 unopened condoms and trash under the cushions. I immediately called the desk and asked for a manager. The girl who checked us is (who was quite rude at check in) said there was no manager but would have one contact me as soon as they got in. She did move us to two rooms because they did not have another suite available. The following morning at just after 6, we were woken up by very loud music playing just outside our rooms, we called the desk to ask if they could send someone to the business next door to ask them to turn it down and they said they would but we never saw anyone go there. Same thing the following two mornings with the music. I kept asking for a manager the entire stay but no one ever called me and they just said the manager managed several properties and just hadn't been by there. Even though they had a customer requesting to speak with one. The second rooms were fine. We didn't spend much time in them but that first suite was disgusting. The thought of so many flies just hanging out was sickening. And the trash and condoms under the cushions of the sofa bed clearly shows a lack of thorough cleaning. The food was even more disappointing, the fruit that was offered was over ripe and the milk just sat out at room temperature and then put up in the fridge to be put out the following day. Just disgusting. Stay away from this place. Wish I could upload the pictures I took...

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Hotel itself was only just OK despite large cigarette burn hole in the duvet (no top sheet), very rude reception staff who totally ignore you when entering or leaving.

Stayed two nights and Upon checking out, realised later that day that I had left an expensive jacket in the wardrobe - totally my mistake - rang at 8pm the same day and reception said would check room but no one was booked in the room so it should be there - phoned back after 11pm - 3 hours later - but no jacket.

Phoned early next day - girl on reception said jacket was not there, No point checking again and housekeeping had likely thrown it in the trash - who would throw a $700 jacket in the trash… - then said would check again. I asked to speak to the housekeeper - not there apparently despite it being the morning around 9am. I threatened to report the theft to the police.

Then Asked to speak to manager - not in today so asked that he call me, no return call. Phoned back 5 times with no return call and varying stories that the manager was off for the day, was due In Later, was in now but in a meeting, had just popped out.

5pm the manager finally called back - sympathised and said their policy was to keep all left items, he would text me his contact details so I could send a photo of the jacket and he would check the security video - offered a free nights accom which I didn’t need but felt better hat he acknowledged me and appeared to want to help.

However, no text, no contact, nothing!! Suspect it was not the manager who called me.

The staff are not honest and the jacket was stolen and then the receptionist covered up this theft and told multiple lies. Worst experience with a hotel...

Pros: Good things!||||1- Decent Price||2- Close proximity to everything in bushwick.||3- Close to bus lines and subways.||4- Shopping Ave called Knickerbockers was very close and easy to get too.||5- Ability to add additional night last minute||6- Free parking for 2 spots||||Cons: Bad things!||||1-Room was disappointing, strange Smell in Room.||2- No Fridge, No Microwave.||3- Free parking is out in the street in front of hotel not inside a property. ( Danger of Car theft & mugging easy!)||4- Bed was NOT comfortable (hard Mattress!)||5- Dirty, paper trash from previous customers.||6. Room was in very poor condition, stains damaged furniture such as dresser & desk.||7. No privacy door nob signs to hang like "Do not enter room ( was not available to us)||8- ( Note )- No free breakfast since June 2022.||9- Riddled with drug dealers on premises and in front if hotel, also there was prostitution taking place in property and out side of hotel too.||9- Talking to Management problems in the hotel was futile and the waste of my time because they had no interest in changing anything, in helping you, or assisting you.||||STAY AWAY!!! I do not recommend this Hotel that by the way behaves like a Motel in every way. This is a nasty MOTEL- The worst hotel that l I've ever been in my life. Its a dangerous place! ||This was my experience and other people's experience as well . I hope people leave of realistic review about this place and not fake review because of...
