Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New York

The most annoying and unpleasant visit to date. The last few times I visited the location on Pennsylvania Ave in Brooklyn, the store starts closing ( turning out some lights) earlier than the time stated on the door. Every time someone asks to speak to a manager, or someone in charge, the person is never there, or already left for the day. People who ordered their meal in advance, or online, half the time the food was NOT ready when they arrived. Now you have HANGRY people! The last time I visited, on July 29, the same thing! People's orders not ready, people complaining, and after waiting for my order for 15 minutes, I was told they overcooked and burned my two pies! OMG! So now I have to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for my two pies, ( I'm going somewhere with mentioning my TWO pies, just wait for it!) I inquire about my order and was told it's coming. The young man, a teenager working there through a summer youth program, I felt sorry for him because he was the one out front taking orders and dealing with the upset customers. The young man comes back with my pie, did you get that, I said PIE, as in singular! I asked, "Where is my other pie, I ordered TWO pies?" He said rather regrettably, "they only made ONE, even though I told them the order was for two pies". At that point, now 35 minutes of waiting, I lost it. ( I did not speak harshly to the young man because it wasn't his fault) I asked him to let me speak to the supervisor/manager/head honcho-in-charge, and (here it comes), he told me, " they are not here and left for the day! Well go figure, who would've thought?!!! I asked for my money back for the one missing pie, which I received, checked my ONE pie for any possible defects, and promptly left the establishment! I was talking, or using those "special words", all the way home! (Lord forgive me) There is no survey on the receipt, otherwise you know I would have taken the survey. So if any corporate personnel are reading this, THAT store location needs a complete overhaul insofar as management is concerned. THEY ARE THEE...

This is the most unsupervised unprofessional, uncivilized bunch of hood trash working in this location ... the fact that they take working at fast food restaurants as a hang out and/or their homes is unbelievable.... The lack of pure common sense was not handed out to these bunch of girls after the third call when they realized that it was the phone at the location on Pennsylvania ave and NOT THE CALLERS checking or placing an order ... the usage of profanity was definitely uncalled for in a place of business which was shocking and disappointing to say the least, when my 17 year old daughter call to check on the status of her order that was never delivered Then to make matters worse changing their voices when they thought someone was playing on the phone and not one to four ppl working there could not mustered up enough sense to check the phone line in the store.....dame shame....definitely...

Ordered a pepperoni and cheese Detroit style pizza and breadsticks. TERRIBLE! the pizzas had no sauce what so ever. it was so dry, it was hard to chew and swallow. thank goodness for the marinara sauce that came with the cheese sticks to help salvage the pizza in some what shape or form. you lift up the cheese on the pizza and there’s no sauce. Cool place, decent price; however, the quality and taste of the food was a no go. disappointed in you...
