First of all, Tiffany, the store manager is a compulsive liar. Tiffany constantly lies to you, in anyway possible -- 'she will give you a discount' -- (which ends up being a lie) -- 'she will refund your money' (which ends up being a lie). Now, the store's solution / (offer) is to give me store credit for food. I will not take that option. I refuse to take that option. Tiffany, the store manager -- has now alienated -- one of this store's best known customers. I will no longer (ever) do business with this store. If I do not get my money back via 'a dispute' with my bank. I will definitely take this store to small claims court. Enough is enough. This store often takes forever -- to usually deliver your food (hours, upon hours). I am known to be a very patient person -- I have (in the past before) waited up to 4 to 6 hours (at times) for my pizza to arrive from this store. Equally important, I have received plenty of pies uncut (not sliced at all) -- meaning the pizza have arrived uncut before -- which always caused all the toppings, & cheese to roll off the bread. Plus, I have received numerous pizza pies -- that the pizza has arrived 'rail thin'; & no I did not order the thin pizza option. In addition, this store gives you very little toppings. Often, this Papa John's pizza store at 529 Stanley Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11207 does not bake your pizza fully (often arrives undercooked) -- in my opinion. I can no longer take the very poor service anymore -- after all these years of ordering. Tiffany, the store manager -- trying to rip-me-off with a telephone order (that she told me -- I must make with her (over the telephone) -- to get the 35 percent off discount from her) -- was my 'last straw' from this store. The order ended-up being $302.52. After making the order with her over the telephone, & hanging-up. I noticed (right away) that she did not give the 35 percent-off that she offered to me previously (from the store messing-up my previous Papa John's app. pizza order). So, I called her back (fairly quickly), & she promised (paraphrasing) -- 'to cancel my order, & refund my all money' -- which clearly ended-up being a lie. Once again, I am done with this Papa John's franchise pizza store at 529 Stanley Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11207. I will now fight with all my might -- for my money back. A lady with a pony tail and bang scratching behind her head and not washing her hands that was doing boxes, then doing food. The man with the army green shirt was by his desk doing something, then next thing he's doing food without sanitizing his hands. The last guy at the end doing the dough. The children working cook my pizza well done and ask me to return it for a refund or remake. I verify with the woman on the phone that my pizza is being made and I wonāt have to sit there.
As I walk in she comes to take the pizza inspect, call the Baker to inspect. Then proceed to say well I didnāt start your new pizza I can remake this here.
Now I only asked to have a thin crust instead because they seem incapable of making a fluffy regular rising crust. Iām told though there is no price difference nor crust...I am not allowed to have a thin crust pizza remade. I have to have the original. I have eaten papa Johnās for 15 years and never ever have I been told after receiving a garbage pizza that I couldnāt have it remade to my liking. Again itās no price difference just discretion.
