Panda Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

On Friday, May 12th 2023, I walked inside the store. I noticed, there was a table but no chair. There was a bench in front of the display glass. I ordered boneless chicken, but I asked the lady behind the counter, " Where are the chairs?" She said " There aren't any" So, I ask her, " How will I be able to sit down and eat my food?" She came out from the counter, and pulled the table up against the bench. I sat down on the bench and eat my food from the bench. No sooner, than I finished my food, the lady came from behind the counter and pulled the table from the bench, so that way, nobody else would be able to eat there. I find that unwelcoming and disrespectful. I live in the neighborhood and I am very surprised, that nobody complaines about, not being able to sit down and eat, while all the other eating establishments in the area, you can. If people can't eat there, then Panda Kitchen is in the wrong business. At first they blamed it on COVID. Now that, it no longer an emergency health threat, there is no excuse, why they are not providing chairs for their customers, to be able to sit down and enjoy their lunch, like a decent human being ! And the prices have went up, considerably. Now, you can't even get a can of seltzer water, without spending...

Don’t get me wrong I like Panda’s food as long as it is a pickup order. Anytime I order through delivery or uber eats the quality of the food is not up to par. Two days in a row I ordered 1/2 chicken and lo mein both days they sent me old dry almost inedible chicken. I called and they tried to tell me all of their chicken was fresh as if I don’t know the difference. Don’t insult my intelligence I spend to much money with them to receive that quality of food. If you must have Panda I don’t recommend delivery of any sort.

Edit: I must be a glutton for punishment. I ordered half chicken again and got the same results and had the nerve to tell me that all of their chicken is fresh. Does this look fresh to you? Get it together Panda this is unacceptable you can’t serve people...

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They Are double charging TIP AND FEES!! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT Never have I experienced such discrimination in all my time going there until today!
